My parent's house is like that and my room is facing west with corridor in front. Still hot hot hot! New house is north south facing but MBR wall faces west. Dunno how hot it'll be. More south west actually so keeping fingers crossed.

Hihi, it TOP in 2007. That was one of the considerations for us when we bought it. We thought that at 6 years old, it looks like it is in a better shape than other developments in the vicinity. Now, they're giving it a new coat of paint so it'll look all new by the end of the year. It is actually facing changi road but my unit is facing inside the development. Not so noisy but no view la.
