  1. talking directly with a soft tone to your upstairs neighbor is the best approach if that do not work really is call fei hu tui also no use as this is a civic case and no authority can do anything about it. my downstairs neighbor also came up to find me ard 2 years ago say my kitchen toilet is leaking water to their toilet ceiling and i thought how can it be after 2 years then leak?anyway i went to their house the next day to see and really got water leakage some more at the toilet bowl area.i'm not sure its my toilet flooring a not but i call my previous contractor.he came and make a appointment.a week later knock all the toilets tiles and put 2 layer of water proofing spent ard 1k.problem solve after that.
  2. i am in the lighting trade but i won't advertise my work place as i think it flout the forum rules the range he saw is this type but more elaborate for alabaster u can try chan huat at balestier beside (lights n lights) they got more range there but for wall lamp i'm not very sure as i cannot go in there.
  3. Dont't be surprise with the pricing if u want to special indent Made in Europe lighting. The retail shop will also have difficulty ordering 3 pcs of wall lamp if they don't have frequent connection with European light manufacturer. One of my designer friend once told me that he saw a modern hanging light at spain for $10k++ he saw a imitation Made in china one selling for $1200 in singapore. My advise is change your idea a bit and go for alabaster wall lamp its quite similar to what u want except for the light base
  4. u can try kum eng huat for the philips or alternatively try kim siah for osram both at veerasamy road.but usually it comes in a complete set with the fitting and the tube.
