Anyone else has used Promax? Care to share your experience with them and how's their workmanship?

I'm looking to renovate my place but as it is not a newly acquired place and I'm living there, just wondering if anyone has any similar experience to share? Spoke to a couple of IDs and they are advising against it - I supposed if we are not living in there, it will make their job much easier. But since I will have my furniture and stuffs in there, just cracking my head how I'll manage. I'm changing my floor tiles and installing new tv console, cabinets etc.

My 2nd appointment/completion was on 28 July and when I checked my CPF balance the next day (29th), the money is back in my account.

Yup, I have 2 points of 2x13 each and I asked my electrician to provide 2 switches so that I have option to just turn on one light. I'm using one 2 x13 in my common bath..

Your MBR bathroom is quite bright with the big window, so 1x13 is enough, mine only have a small window near the shower area so i need 2x13. Maybe have a 1x18 above the mirror so that it is brighter for putting on make up.

you can call up the customer service of your LCD brand and ask them, they will usually have a panel where they recommend to customers. alternatively, i do have one whom i have used previously to mount my LCD tv and i find him very good and careful, i will be getting him to move my LCD to my new place and also do the mounting for me later. pm me for his contact if you are interested.

if u are the buyer of the unit, u may be better off negotiating the price with the owner instead of getting a revaluation - ie, offer lower COV or even offer below valuation price since there are so many defects, just in case the new valuation is even higher than the current one...

sorry to hear about your problems, soxcotton. luckily ours went well and i was so worried that my contractor didn't get proper permit done when we did the reno previously. the inspector was in and out of my place within 2 minutes cos he said all done properly....phew... is there any other supplier that can replace the rubber ring for you?
