Hmmm for paint, coz i lost the Nippon catalog that my ID gave, so we chose ICI coz we need finalize the paint ASAP as painter need to start working. For ICI my Lady prefers All in One. Have more features then Wash and wear which is anti cracks of something. Like cover cracks better or more durable to crack. My current using wash and wear. so far yah washing, cleaning is ok. but some parts like crack and peel off le. Last about few yrs actually. So currently most my paint is AL series.

My clove light will be daylight = White and downlights will be warm white = yellow ! I also a kiasu pple scare later warm white not bright enough ahaha ! Then the lights guy sent all my T5 warm white zzzz. I think my ID ask them changed without consulting me. So i called the shop and ask them to change back to daylight again

Very nice designs ! Just some doubts on the MBR Tv area. That means you guys will arrange a sitting area to watch tv in MBR ? From that view i can not really gauge ur sitting place. Maybe there is a small recess area for nice cosy sitting area to watch tv right ? For me Im a lazy guy so i like to lie on my bed and watch tv :X hehehe Living room wise well, it seems you wont be opening your windows mostly if design wise is in this manner. To prevent sun and rain since your tv area is just on the window area. I will like to have a standing TV too but i have a over active little ger who just like to fiddle around lol. So no choice i have to mount my tv

Hmm so how ? I tried my fan liao. By default yes will wobble slightly even on max speed. The design is movable center so it is ok to wobble a little. The agent told me only can accept slight wobble but no too much. If not the installation is not good. He had cases where contractors tighten too much until the base cracked and damaged then the owner call for agent to rectify. By then too late he have to file for damages and stuffs and duno need pay for the replacement ornot. If you worried u might wana try call my installer Eric, 97977292 who specialize in KDK fans. Tell him Calvin's frd ba. But eh his service not very cheap wor. My 1st installation he charged me $60 then relocate another $50 @_@ Bo bian my wife insist the location not nice so have to pay another time.

I oso decided against boxing in toilets. ID says will deteriorate in time due to moisture. So if i wana stay for long no advisable to do it. Just paint the big pipes and live with the small pipes around lo. I oso not that fast la. only plastering done, today should be painting then lights will come so they will install lights Duno leh, i still think is either the taps or the old pipes outside my flat is clog liao But basin on top of toilet bowl weird ma. MBR Toilet My only consolation ! Looks nice ? hehehe But the water dont seems to be strong ! Plumber commented recent taps all being controlled by SG govt. Will have a fixed filter inside which limit the water flow. Or maybe is the flat too old the pipes outside kinda block. Perhaps need to write in to HDB to request a change of pipe and meter outside.

I oso have that problem lol But lucky my back to back is not aligned due to my tiles layout. Meaning my common centre pt is slightly different from MBR layout. The solution..... You see my common toliet have 3 piping now this is to solve the back to back problem of having reverse pts. Meaning back to back only 1 pt. So plumber can connect the cold water pt to cold water. Then an additional how pt will go in to connect the hot water pt.

Actually i will recommend under mount. Looks way nicer and easier to sweep water off from the kitchen top to the basin. imagine top mount with the silicon will somehow loose the smoothness. Any way i can not think of advantages of having a top mount other can change sink easier next time. So i ask my ID who says i am intending to change sink later on ? Did your sink always spoil ? How long it last normally ? Answer i got is from last time till now still using same sink even my ID. Easily more then 10yrs.
