Congrats on your BIG house, who needs landed & condos these days, with your space and the correct planning I'm sure it will be your haven of sanctuary eventually.

I'm not so pro in RENO stuff but if you have any intention to incorporate any wooden kind of flooring to your design, maybe i can be of some help to you...

Good Luck in Planning.

If possible, get a breakdown on the quotation.

With a breakdown, you can do more customization (take out things that are expensive, etc). I always insist my ID/contractors to do that.

But I think $27K for 5rm quite good leh, mine a lot more 40K+

I didnt ask for a breakdown, as most of the items are within the $25,888 package for 5rm.

and already omitted alot of items to replace the major one i need.

Additional add-ons, she will indicated the price.

Aiyo, if I have budget of 40K.. I also want to do my house nicely

But i gather not worth to spend so much as we probably be selling the house in another 3 years.

I oso think can squeeze do so many things for 27K, already quite power eh...

So have you confirm your ID??
