My answer will be purely based on the yearly star because, i do not know the flying star chart of your house. based on the yearly star, if you put the water feature in the north sector of your house, you misery will be pouring in, north this year is 5 yellow. water feature or aquarium will activate this bad energy. based on the yearly star If it is put on the south sector still not bad for fame and reputation.

purely from a feng shui point of view, it never say cannot move or reno in 7mth. but i am not an expert in the spirit world yet, i know someone that is . I can help you check

This month yearly flying stars and monthly flying stars is the same. That means if the yearly flying stars is having positive effect on your house fengshui it will have double the effect. Similiarly if it is bad yearly stars, it will also have double the effect.

it doesnt count because of the water movement, not because of the number of fish. activating wealth star is different from adding water element in a sector. In this case we are talking about activating wealth star. maybe you are right you should get a refund.

for this case in order to activate the water/wealth star, only if the water is exposed to air and there is movement. e.g. a pail of water with one or 2 fish does not count if the movement is little, unless there are lots of bubbles

Dehumidifer can be used was water feature. some do not spray mist the one that rotate the water around with a fan build in. The purpose of using water feature or moving water is to activate the "water star" of the flying star chart. if that water star in a wealth star in a sector when place with this moving water it will be activated. if the water star is a illness star in a sector and you activated with moving water, ppl in that sector will get ill. Instead of getting better air, the people will get sick, very ironic.... Lava lamp do not count as water feature cos the liquid is not exposed to air.

These are symbolic ritual, that has nothing to do with feng shui. Then again there is no harm doing it if you want. The simplest thing you can do is get a master to calculate a good timing for moving in. Open all doors and windows for the Qi to circulate in the house.
