Oh yes ... i thought of doing it all by myself... but then how do i get the HDB permit ? i had gather quite a number of contractor for different typr of job from RT. If given a chance, i can just go ahead without any ID. hacking of floor and wall, i suppose we need a licensed HDB contractor right ? Will these contractor do for you when u dun get a package from them ?

i remember seeing Pergo in a exhibition at Expo sometime back. Think is called wat Home creation expo or something like that cost only $4.90 psf They claim they are the distributor or prego.

JBL and BOSE have some nice ceiling speakers... But then u will have to power the speakers by a AV amp and linking those messy speakers cables out of the toilet (i dun think u will wan to have a AV Amp in the bathroom). I suggest that you buy those mini hifi sets. Cheaper coz effective For ventilation fans, get those exhaust fan from KDK... mount them in the louver windows opening. Regards -Eric

I had contacted with many ID and contractors but then when they heard of my budget, they never return my quote so bad ... My budget is 25k for resale a 4room flat, Very Basic reno basically everything you will find in those 'promotion' package offered by major ID firms.

haven got any luck so far still looking hi and low for a suitable ID increased my budget to 25k yet no one can meet the target just basic whole house reno. hacking of all walls and floor tiles 2 toilet windows and grills and a 20ft kitchen
