Hav'ent seen yet..the brand of the flooring is heavy duty "firmaflor: how long the warranty should i be looking at? I cut down some stuff and now they charge me for plumping installation of kitchen tap and sink - $120 installation of 2 water heater or storage heater $240 installation of bathroom accessories - $150 the whole reno still cost about $10k.... thought plumping is FOC as my flat is new...do i need all these plumping

Yup. I do not need to hack the tiles and kitchen cabinet to demolish as this is a new flat and the floor is raw. they will advise on the powerpoint and pipping again The base is for kitchen cabinet, not washing machine or fridge. I am doing the expoxy flooring flooring: they did'nt say the brand...2 yrs waranty not sure about the cardboard protection.... thanks Alan, please advise what should i ask next to clarify..is the quotation reasonable? do you any ID/contractor to recommend
