yes I agreed that to ,and also the soild top he quto to me is $70psf same mat as those ID using and I those ID charge $90-95 psf.

hi rock I had just cfm with JS for all the carpentry work including my kitchen cabinet .The boss seem like quite a nice guy had auctually given me some discount after he had quatoed me $80pft for Kitchen cabinet .And actually his old customes and previously he done for my son study desk is quite strong coz I can stand on top the table to clean the open displace shelve.

Hi Rock I using JS furniture for my study desk and wordrobe as last time my study desk also done by them.The price he charges is quite alright compare to those ID charging ,now thinking of ask them to do the kitchen cabinet ,had u done your kitchen cabinet with them can share the price?

TQ for the info ,what if they delay the appointment can I also get a lawyer to sue them for the trouble they has cause us as our contracter and carpentry work had all been schedule and we allow them to stay 2 wk free they still asking for another 2wk.

Hi any one can give me some advise .I had some dispute with my seller regarding the extension for staying as the 2nd appointment will be on next few wk .I had already sold off my flat if they don't turn I at the 2nd appointment can I take legal action against them at that day or can I look for a lawyer now as I trying to compromise by calling the seller as they don't had agent but until now they do not want to answer the call .

The seller need to wait for the $$ to credited into their CPF a/c and that $$ will only credited into their a/c 2wk after our 2nd appointment .As they need that $$ then they can go for their 1st appointment .But somehow they wanted to save the $$ on the rented.

Hi, need some urgent advise pls.... I will be having my 2nd appointment with soon ,but somehow now having some dispute with the Seller for the extention as they wanted to stay for a month as we did not agreed to it coz the hse need alot of thing to done up .If they did not turn up at the 2nd appointment can we hire a lawyer to sue them ,Is the chance of get the lawyer a win win case.
