  1. So any new tenteramers ? Looks like there's not many transactions at this area recently.
  2. Ya its accessible, yet it is quiet as there is a green belt beside the estate of 4 blocks. The only thing that I don't like so far is the slightly longer than desired walk to the hawker centre & kopitiams, ard 10-15min. I would have prefered it to be nearer. But then, for the privacy of the estate, it is a necessary evil also.

  4. Thanks! Finally found some time out to post. Yup most of the flats available have been sold and only left those CMI ones. The 2 point blocks, Blk 18 & 19 will turn 5-yr old soon, so you can expect the supply to be released soon. Just continue to monitor ya...good luck!
  5. Packing my stuff till now cos moving over in the morning...realised that house moving is really a chore! Still have to clean up the new place before we slowly unpack all the things...my gosh Pics will have to wait a while till I settle things and get my broadband running first...Starhub coming on Sat
  6. Sure sure, will keep a lookout for you. Unfortunately my reno will be completed probably only on Sat cos some hiccups hter and there. And just now I tried to on my hood, it cannot work! Dunno what went wrong during the reno that make it like that, tom contractor sending someone down to check again. Hope it's not too jialat.

  10. I agree that it is the owner's responsibility to rectify it. But they can always say that whatever that was being sold have to comply to HDB rules. Just like if the owner for some reason signed the OTP when they can't actually sell the house yet (thus making the sale illegal), does it mean the owner still has to come out with a house somewhere to give it to the buyer? And also, what if the original air-con that was taken down is already an outdated model? And the buyer refused to take a new model that the seller install? This argument will never end. But the worst thing that happened is the forgery of an official document. But since it has already been recorded in the inventory, it is fair to say that some form compensation be paid to the buyer for "losing" the air-con.

  12. My MBR toilet tiles done after 2 days of tiling. Now waiting to fix up the toilet bowl & stuff, plus washing.
  13. One of the differences between getting a ID & a contractor - 3D drawings vs this handrawing of my MBR toilet: But I am happy enough, as the cost will be cheaper & we have an idea of what we want. Most important is the workmanship.
