Hi ynove! Welcome another Sengkang neighbour! Me also from Sengkang but of Fernvale area. Like what newnyew said, people are always lost until I tell them my place's near Jalan Kayu! On aircons, my flat's installed with system 3 + system 1 so you may wanna consider a system 3 for the bedrooms and a higher BTU system 1 for the living room since it's big! Your flat layout looks good for running minimal piping.

Hi Greenpeace, how's everything on your side? Renovations starting?
-
Dyleen, here the photo of the screen door (before I installed the rainshower set): Actually it will touches the mixer for us but our contractor put a clear rubber on the screen door to minimise any impact on contact. I think you can go ahead and install the door. Will show you close up photos of it next time after I take them.
-
Yes we managed to. It's a bit small but still big enough for ease of movement. Here's how it looks.

Bought the whole set from Genova. It's cots me $358. They were having the "sales" every Saturday for a quite a few weeks a month or so ago. It's located near Boon Keng MRT.

Haha no worries! There ARE holes in the tiles. Just that they are not visible in the photos. They have been patched up with white cement. The coconut and expensive plumber actually cracked the tile a bit, but I "pan zang" a bit. Could have asked him to compensate... hmm, maybe I should make noise to my contractor? The door is still the original. Will keep it for now due to budget constraints! Probably change it at end of year, to bi-fold or PD door.

I like your lights!

We kept the tiles... no budget for that for now! We only replaced the entire shower set for the master toilet. Shower screens for both toilets. Bought the bedside tables from Novena.

My rain shower set!!!

It's a budget buy... only $39 each! Nope, we use real parquet and overlay on top of our floor tiles. Very solid feel!
-
Don't think so! That's why we have the aluminium frame. 3cm is very thick, but I guess that's because it's a door hence need the thickness. Our shoe cabinet mirror doors are frameless hence have the thick wood as support. Thanks! We love our white bedframe too!

Eh you can click on the photos to see the bigger version...

Hey Newnyew, I've posted photos of the mirror sliding door at my blog.

Yup the dining table is next to our open kitchen. It's not the exact placement yet though as we awaits the glass top to arrive... The sofa is not leaning to any wall. It's on its own, with walking space behind. Bedside table... let me see... that's what we have for now!
