think the air con person will go up next week to remove the existing trunking after hacking this week... didnt notice that unit u mentioned of Starhub wall lol

ya thats y the air con guy also say quite new and good model.. can keep.. only mbr unit need to use chemical as one of the fan/ side is not blowing/ stuck..

think should be less than 2yrs.. its a inverter based on the outlook of the unit and the serial / model i saw...

update on the aircon trunking.. was quoted about $700 to re-run the trunking + reposition both air con units + chemical washing for mbr unit + normal washing for bedroom 1 unit.. is it worth or better to change all together? Current air con is a inverter... cheers

erm think this is not done long ago..the aircon was 1yr+ and if notice the power point at the end.. the trunking is running like a snake wahaha... think its done by those not so professionals or those who want to save time and cost installer

erm i did a transfer of account from the previous owner to me before the 2nd appt (on advise from my agent) thinking can save on the cost. but a word of advise,if u are using city gas then its better to let the previous owner to terminate 1st before u apply them (water, electricity and gas). cos i didnt and now, i need to incur $50 (but i didnt know what is the cost of reactivation fees from SP services) to ask city gas and shut down the gas before i can remove the hob and maybe even need to ask them reposition the gas connector due to the new cabinets...
