wow ur ma place so much defects from HDB ah? lucky we chose to reno the toilets my only concern is the birds that flew back for 'transit' during the day n night think u know where is my unit liao but its abit warm in the kitchen and utility rm area during the afternoon.

oh orig price was $17xx? saw at courts was selling around $2k erm was asking how are the functions for dryer.. as other half is kind of disliked those 2 in 1 electrical products.

the unit was upgrade in 1992 according to HDB lol now upgrade lifts, so i will have to overhaul the toilets too. really a big transformation

ya..some even in original condition of 20-30yrs ago was valued at closed to 250k and asking for COV of 20+k..

true nowadays when i flip the papers to see the prices of amk flats, those previously not asking for cov are even asking for 10k i was like omg think if i were to wait to get this flat, the cov might be more

the only plus pt is the location other half was complaining abt the cov..

ic ic, other half was staying in amk since young hence the decision..as i felt that amk is better

lol.. anyway the flat val was 308k and cov 25k...

this is strange... my friend is able to view it over at his end.. shall post the floor plan again let me know if still unable to view it my new place is able to see what the people in amk hub are doing
