Hi, juz went to courts megastore today & they have this "digital lock" sale near the entrance, beside da DBS ATM. Saw da price of gateman f100... $1.4K!!! I got mine from Desmond @ almost half dat price, wif remote! Til' now, no probs wif my f100 except dat sweaty fingerprints do have some probs detecting. Anyway, I never regret gettin from Desmond. (I'm in no way related to him ah)

My opinion is dat if da display set has a steep discount, y not go for it? Even for tv cuz 5 years is a long time n new tech will definitely come out. If it breaks down, da better as u will get it repaired or even replaced, depending on the ext warranty. My calculation is if any item on display is in gd cond, n if u opt for the ext 5 yrs warranty, n if it's still much cheaper than a new one wif only 1 or 3 yrs warranty, then I will definitely be tempted to choose the display one. Juz my 2 cents worth.

datz y i got my sound system from KEC 1st b4 i proceed wif my reno. u get the cables bundled together if u buy their systems... i brought my floorplan n told them where i wanna set up my system, n they provide me the cables necessary b4 my false ceiling n wall are done up.

I tot I state b4? Anyway, no harm repeatin. It's: deft tech 800 speakers x 02 rear white & x 02 front black deft tech 1000 centre black speaker upgrade the sub to velo cht8q sub. (if hav space n understanding wife, get da svs sub... Dats wat brudder Vic recommend.) all these info are derived n advised from the experiences of our fellow forumers here. I'm juz an apprentice.

Nope, didn't get da blu ray player.. Think cause it display set oredi. Da most I managed to squeeze out is the hdmi cable n free delivery. Anyway, oredi got da oppo, so not trying to push my luck to be too kiasu.
