trevor tried to contact pinkpetter... but she also never answer his calls... runaway anot? it is like, sometimes can get him, sometimes cannot...at the moment, he never answer calls for 2 days already... also duno mus wait until how long then can qualify him as run away liao...

my carpentry already fabricated. ah soon no money to pay 40% n hence the carpenter refused to even bring up the fabricated carpentry unless ah soon/me pay him 40% ($6000) that is my biggest job un-done...i think the carpenter knowing ah soon situation now, he may even request the full 60% ($9000) from us.. (which i already paid ah soon liao...

HONESTLY, that time we hearsay here n there, we don't know what is the truth... n jobs still moving here n there... only recently then we discover really not right, we have concrete evidence then we dare to say!!

by the time i realize... my payment already 90% and i was forced to pay remaining if not i dun get my carpentry to start i tot i pay liao i will get my carpentry but only later then i realize that the carpenter will ask for 40% of the total cost before installing..(which ah soon have no money to pay this 40%) that's when i know i am dead. completely dead.

how should i say... it is like he will do things, but ALWAYS HALFWAY n then ask for next payment to start new jobs... so we always think so since job in progress, it is only right we make the next payment... but after payment, JOB STOPPED. i guess this is wHy we end up paying more than we should have.. if not, our losses will not be so high!!!!!!!!!! also BLAME IT ON OUR STUPIDITY TO believe in him, in his pack of LIES....

everyone mention fly aeroplane, late HO BUT no one mention DEBTS no one mention the workers stop work because ah soon never pay money no one mention ah soon always not at the scence (when there is a delivery) and make the owner pay money no one mention all these if they mention, NO ONE WOULD DARE SIGN UP WITH HIM...

i can only think that ex-sooners dun mean to purposely to keep it from us.. i can only think that maybe they tot uncle can manage the debt.. so dun wish to MENTION to us...

problem now, is no MONEY yes i got to move on...u r rite .... *deep sigh** when i engage him, his rate of delay is not as bad yet... BUT WHAT MAKES ME MORE ANGRY IS, from the sub-cons, i CAME TO REALIZE, THERE ARE SOME EX-SOONERS CUSTOMERS already know of ah soon in huge DEBTS WAY BACK IN MAY and NO ONE SPEAKS of it neither PM us to tell us to be careful.. i totally agree with u..but i still hve to consider those who may still need him to do or complete certain job... if i report now, i may even put more houseowners for greater loss!

thanks jaskel those i can diy, i m glad i can do it myself those i need people to do, is the biggest problem. i do not have the $$$$$ in the midst of waiting for my reno, my rental for housing, my warehouse rental for ex-houses stuff, all amounting to almost $5K and still on-going... the last bit of money i have, i spend it on the windows n grilles in view of safety of my 2 young children i don't even have $ to buy the remaining furnitures liao.. :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

can anyone tell me if i could change the title of my blog.. no more dream house..!!!!!!!!!

1) my kitchen wall tiles is not yet completed, 2) my common toilet wall n floor tiles are terribly stained and those cost $8psf... Hafary says, no way to remove stains!! 3) my electricity not completed, 4) ceiling work still got many many holes not rectified, 5) box up all peeling off duno why... ? 6) painting not done WELL, 7) plastering for newly built up walls not done well all CRACKS IS SHOWING ALREADY 8) the lights installed on the Lboxes, some were not straight and cannot be removed as the ceiling will drop anytime... 9) my plumbing works halfway done only!! 10) all my carpentry works done (in factory) but carpenter will not install for me because ah soon never pay him!!!! 11) tiles grouting not done well and alot of them already drop off when i sweep the floor!!!!! 6 months of renovation and all these still not done...!!!!!!!! i havent move in and yet all the cracks n etc all come out already!!!!!! **i paid windows, grilles, shower screen, bi-fold doors MYSELF so no PROBLEM

err.. even the wife can call me and keep asking about ah soon things... she is well and healthy... yes, u r rite... HE OWE US AN ANSWER
