Ya.. i notified them since dec last year.. they required a year to complete the base station installation and i questioned them on the lengthy wait, why it was not built earlier, etc.. Then she replied stating by Sep should be ok, i still not convinced.. den she tried to 'bribe' me using free amonth scubscription n 6 month caller-id.. but all these neber happened and i lazy to argue wif them... They took a long time to reply n most of the time i was the one who initiate the comm... lousy service... Si*ng**l...

There are so many disputes happened between owners and these RADAC IDs/contractors.. so it may not be gd.. but at least at the end of the day, u can still find an agency to complain though they will help these ids/contractor firms instead of helping u.. cos they are the one paying them $$.. so who u think they will help?

The basic package is abt $20+/- per mnth exclude sport channel. whether Mr Kor shw his skill is history.. everything is concluded. If we want to add security. we will do it ourselves.
