They will do the varnishing only and changing of Kitchen cabinet door knobs. -Living room - whole laminated flooring plus false ceiling and TV feature walls -Master and Common Toliet - major revamp -Master Bedroom major reno includes false ceiling and tv feature walls -Whole house painting

Reiki super thanks! I never imagined also that my house is that big...I have seen the place 2 times before the handover yesterday. First one is during our flat hunting. Second one is before signing the OTP. In both cases, maybe I was too blur or i am overwhelmed to actually imagine that my flat is so so so big.

We have just completed our 2nd appointment yesterday 14 Sep 2009. I never really thought that I can buy a house just before we reach our 2nd year in Singapore. This is such an achievement and a good investment for us. Yesterday was such a busy day coz we have finalized the Tiles (kitchen, toilet, living room area) that will be used for our renovation. My 2 IDs helped me to buy all the bathroom stuff and lights that they will be using. Here are some of the before reno pics. I'll be doing the final inspection tomorrow of the house and then on Monday it will be officially our own house... I'll take before Reno photos to compare!
