  1. how much do u charge for a built in wardrobe tht is of 98' height, 71' width and 24' depth...
  2. if you are changing for the door lock normaly the room door lock..you will have one side tht comes with the press button. if u look at there by the side at the back...there will be a smaller hole by the side. use a pin..a paper clip oso can..press the it and turn the knob and pull. one side will be opened. unscrew 2 screws inside and by the side of the door. pull out the other side. its done... max to max u will spend 10mins doing this.
  3. door locks is something tht you can do urself. u can buy the locks around sgd 6.50 per piece frm the hardware shops for rooms. the main door one i think will only cost u around sgd 25. replacement can be done by our own. i did it myself...anyways it comes as well the manual.
  4. power sockets is only change cover if i look at ur description..there is nothing to pull out one. i changed mine by myself. you can buy the covers at choo chiang. quite cheap and normally the box to attach the cover if u need to change is i think abt sgd 0.50 each. sgd 60 is too much. maybe i suggest u do this. try to change one by urself. off the main and try.. follow exactly to how its done at ur current one.
  5. i bought mine at a paint shop next to shin fa 2008 hardware shop after sembawang shopping center. cant really remember the shop name but they provide the cutting of the metal sheet as well. my guess most of the hardware shops shld have this.
  6. there is a number of places u can find the string curtain. 1. Plaza Sing- Spotlight 2. Katong Plaza - most of the ground floor shops have it 3. Bugis Junction
  7. i think you should test it when they are they itself. just on the aircond where the piping is the longest. let it run for 15mins and see whether got water leak or not. i did the same. before they install aircond..i get them to pour water to see whether water flow is smooth.
  8. i bought from them 1 dining light, 1 living room lights,1 kitchen 3 fans and 2 heaters. the price is cheaper then the rest of the light shops tht i have visited. when comes to installation, ah siang was right there at my door 9am sharp. they may not have wonderful designs but they have something tht is useful for some of us..
  9. i spend sometime visiting gaincity recently for the airconds. i agree their price is good and the sales pitch is very good. but unfortunately the installation process needs a very close monitoring especially when they say you pay first..then we can come to your place to look at it. try to get someone who can comes first..who lets you knw how to its shld be done. tht is what i call a good aircond company..this is just my opinion.
  10. i have just spoken to one ms diana. have asked them to come and take a look at my place. now the price have gone up for the starmex. now its becomes 2888. wonder how come? how much did u get urs???
  11. i remember seing it too. try searching under decals.
  12. hi all Got a quotation from them for Mitsubishi Starmex Inverter. was quoted for system 3 at 2699. Please share your experience if you have used them. your information will be very useful for me...thanks..
