the curtains is metallic grey (if there is such colour!) the curtain man came over to our place with his samples and he tried to match the curtains to suit our house theme... so when he held out that grey fabric, we knew it had to be that! OKie, i'll pass you the contact tmr when i get to office tmr. His namecard is in my drawer.

it's creamy white by nippon vinilex. But the colour you see may be different from the actual colour cos of the lighting...

Mircowave was $400 from Turbo warehouse sale. Oven was bought during Teka 20% sale, I think after discount about $800+. Then later they got not stock to deliver what we ordered so they delivered a slightly more expensive one... about $900+. So zhuang dao lor.

Dont' stress.... maybe you can contact her to see when the work is going to start... better to keep a good working relationship with her... since at the end of the reno you might probably need her to rectify things for you.

ABout the aircon in the kitchen... Dun worry, not asking why it is there.... BUt .... I think it's a good idea but definitely not very energy saving lah... Cos if I could do it... i would turn on my aircon when i cook and bake!!!! But Tua eh.. will probably "kill" me if I did that!

WHITE is super high maintenance!!!! Even places like the our bedframe needs to be wipe every few days to get the dust off! We just bought some mircofibre cloth to help us to "dry" wipe our white sofa and bed frame... i think once a week then we will use a damp cloth.... For now that is.. maybe 6 months later.. it will be once 1 month then clean! SO envy... we still have boxes sitting in our bedroom 3 which is the guest room....

hahaha.... did you see us trying to stand at weird position to get nice angles for the photos??? LOL Can't see your face lah.. too far away.. just know that you are nice and slim! So dont worry about your eyesight! My dresser ah.. well, it's a little to tall so it looks more like a tower for storage rather than dresser... I just felt that it look out of place.. Maybe it's just me... Oh well... I really wish we had joined 2 room to become 1 big MBR! LOL

Didn't take much of our bedroom cos I HATE the dresser in the room... So wait till I remove it. Guess my IKEA dresser idea didn't work for me... It's functional and practical but I just don't like how it look with the rest of the room...
