  1. furnitures i bought from "ANZ" at jb: L-shape fabric sofa (with extra sofa cover), sofa bed, bar stool x 2, armchair, dining chair x 4, study chair, foc: carpet (6 x 8 ft), string blinds, total damage: RM6348 (including levy and 7% gst) placed deposit: RM2300 will pay the outstanding $ few days before delivery at jb (need to check the goods at their warehouse)
  2. yep, saw one at bellari and we just bought bellari's sink last weekend, goods will be delivered coming sat
  3. ask your agent to handle it and make sure everything settle before the hand over, thats their job to make sure the transaction goes smoothly (if not, hold their commision until the case settled)
  4. king size mattress only, we choose not to buy the bedframe as we dun like the design
  5. i bought my Sealy - "The Summit" (year end promotional model) king size mattress from Courts one month ago, $2888 come with foc items: 2 memoryfoam pillows, i king mattress pad and $430 Courts voucher and with 24 months interest free instalment

  7. ya me too, $ is one of the concern... and also found that this is the new trend for modern looking kitchen, u may change the paint color anytime for a new look hmm... i m fine with the suggestion, but hubby cldnt accept the idea still... (got to brain-wash him a bit maybe )
  8. my id just suggested to plaster the kitchen wall and paint with outdoor paint (easier to maintain, washable), instead of doing wall tiles, he said can save up 1k++ and this is the new trend as more than 80% of his clients r doing the kitchen wall in this way.. still considering.. whats the pro & cons?

  11. will be going back (jb) coming weekend for mum's bd celebration , planning to hv a furniture+home appliances hunting tour. heard from forummer that furniture are much more cheaper than buying from s'pore, hopefully can get some ideal stuff from there
