Hi rainforest, no problem..too busy to update till now..paisay...wifey and i decided to cancel since they cant produce the dining table and have to wait till Oct...who the **** will wait..i got no time for them, so i slash another 1.5k for the dinning table..My balance initially from 3850 to 3500(due to delay of sofa) to 2000(cancel off dining table) so meaning to say, with $2.3K, i got myself a L-shape sofa 2.75m, tv console, coffee table, carpet and short bench with two bottel of leather cleaning kit... Met one of their ex employee, he told me i got a super super good deal...surely they are not earning any as the cost price of the sofa is alrd 1.5K..hahha.. My new dining table will deliver on this sat from north star...much more nicer then the one we chosen originally..will update once deliver.. Fed up with the registration for my new laptop..cannot register one..ask Acer customer service dont help...later suai suai, sure go down to make noise again..hahah

Just recv call from FURNITURE HQ @ AMK ...again break their promise to deliver my dining table by 18th despite i haven give them 3 weeks to customise my table...i feel 心灰意冷 toward this lousy company...especially the sales manager steve which i have ask him to call me on monday to update me,yet failed to do so... Think twice if u gg to buy from them.... count myself unlucky...

To all those who are doing their furniture shopping for their future home...if u are thinking of getting furniture from FURNITURE HQ located at AMK or the main branch at MR DECOR at IMM...i would advised u to reconsider buying from them..as i gt a bad experience with this furniture company Furniture HQ for delivery my items. The story goes like this...i hv bought my furniture Sofa, Dining table, coffee table , Tv console and mattress +bedframe on June this year and paid a confirmation deposit 40% of the total bill..As my sales repr was new, he told us that once the confirmation deposit was paid, my customise length Sofa 2.4m and Dining table 1.4m will be fabricate immediately. I just need to give them a call in advance one or two week to confirm the delivery date. However, on the end of 28thAug when i call up their main HQ that we want the furniture to be deliver on 2th sept...the office lady told me that need to checked with the production site whether my sofa and dining table are done and will get the production manager to call me..When the production manager called me,he told me that it was impossible for the sofa and dining table due to customise length and the notification was too short and they will only fabricate once they gt the delivery date two weeks in advance...and they are rushing for Hari Raya...i was **** pissed off...the sales repr tell me they will fabricate immediately once deposit is paid, now they tell me need at least two week in advance...he told me the soonest he can produce is 9th sept and i eventually agreed... I called up to F*** the sales repr for giving me misleading information telling me those crappy confirmation deposit....and he eventually cook up a story to smoke me by telling me the shipment is delay dats y i can only get on 9thsept..bloody **** he tink i stupid or wat..i alrd know the truth ...I requested to speak to the sales manager Steve...He keeping trying to explained that the sales repr was new and alot of procedure he still unsure ,especially when my item is to be customise...so wat..he is your staff and everything he do, u got to ans for him...I as a consumer, how would i know your company operation is like...so dont let ur problem become my problem... And one more sad news...he told me the dining table can only be deliver only 18th...wowwww..after i heard this news, i feel like gg to his store to make a fuss over it...let everyone know they lousy customer service....FYI, this shop gt the reputation of Singapore good customer service smething lidat de...**phew**..better remove and keep inside the storeroom....he gave us option to cancel the order if we want too...siao...y shld i...now ur mistake lei..not my mistake...so i requested a reduction of $3850 to 3500 else i will post on the forum and report them to CASE , which he eventually agree plus 2 bottes of leather cleaning kit...on the 2th, tv console, coffee table, carpet, mattress + bedframe delievered. On the 9th sept, i waited at my hse for the sofa delivery..my six sense was telling me smething was wrong as we suppose to agree it to be deliver in the morning...I called up their main HQ again..the office lady tell me: "oh, your sofa has been delay till 24th due to some damages"...WTF, how come they nv call to inform me else i will be at home waiting like a ku ku...really speechless this time round when i called up to talk to the manager..keeping telling me "sorry sorry"...he tink he singing korean song "sorry sorry" ah...on the night, wifey and i arrange to meet him at the amk to resolve the issue..We initially wanted to make a fuss at the store,...however, suai suai we are only the two customer inside..cannot make him malu... i give him a alternatively plan...to let us choose a new sofa which he has in warehouse and must be new piece w/o additional charges..Lucky , we managed to find one that is similar to our initial design with L shape sofa on the left side..he has two lenght which is 2.75m(nt confirm whre the L shape is) either 2.5m long(Lshape confirmed at left side)..both are in my acceptable range..so he promise that he will give us a called on saturday morning to confirm the 2.75m L shape..arnd arrange to be deliver 11th..and we resolve it in a peacefully.. BUT, today.....my six sense was telling me smething is wrong again...this time round, they miss out my delivery... ...called steve again for an answer y he failed to call me in the morning and somemore miss out my delivery...told him i need the confirmation length and timing to be deliver asap cos i need to go work later in evening..As a sale manager, he dont even have the guts to call me back , only through SMS telling me 2.75m and 2.15 to 4pm delivery...wat kind of sales manager is dats..dont even have the courteousy to call me back....so that is they company good customer service...**vomit**....I swear i will nv buy anything else from them again after this incident...Cross my finger, they will not delay my dining table again on the 18th...
  11. hi calgin, mr yeak yesterday brought up this topic when he was helping me to touch up my windows pane white paint..he was telling me the mover were gongong ,raining still do unloading...**faint**...he told me he gotta re make new set and was lucky u din do much wooden furnish...if nt his pocket burn one hole.. Last payment done yesterday....official HO ...yuppy... Thanks to Mr Yeak and team for the wonderful transformation for Simple Serangoon Home....

  13. Hi Calgin, I'm sorry to hear rgds to ur unpleasure issue. However, i worked quite well with him and wat u say is correct ..u need to ask him then only he will tell you...So, for my practise, i will asked him via sms in advance what are the job going to be done in the coming week..i do agree with u , ocassionally, when i went up to see the reno,there's no progress or worker working... I know i cant expect his worker to work only at my hse as they got several project to run too...Utimately, at the end of the week, so long as i can see what he had planned then im okay with it..of cos, there are some hiccup along the way and we cant expect him to be on site everyday to monitor his worker...whenever i went up and i find any where not satisfied , i will sms him to let him know..If rectified lioa, still not satisfied, then re-do again and again till i happy lor..i.e my MBR ceiling paint having bubble..made his painter repaint twice As for your wooden furnishing, i tink its better u and Yeak to be be ard to inspect the condition before they start to install... I seen his worker most of the time too cos i go to the see the reno progress everyday...but during the initial stage of reno, he will pop by to check on his worker..only till after discussion of electrical layout and wardrobe stage, then i see him less since most of the things are settle... dont be so disappointed, i believe Mr Yeak also has his + point right???.Give him a call today he shld be back, if u face any problem, i'm sure he will resolve for u asap de...
