Whatever touch up you do will not improve the sound proofing except the aesthetic look. You might want to paint to match with the colour of your sink cabinet though unnecessary.

Agreed with May. I recently installed a ceiling fan and did a L-box for each of my 3 bedrooms. Its more expensive this way if you include the installation of the cove lights and ceiling fan and in my case, cost include part removal of the old conrnice at the side. But it's best possible option and brighten up the room very much. Fans with lights doesn't brighten the room so much and over time, you may find the room dimmed

I think you can approach my direct contractor. His false ceiling guys did a good job. I had 2 bedrooms to do cove lightings. His 2 elderly looking malaysians came did the first room and and clean it thoroughly before proceeding to the next room. Workmanship was neat and clean up before leaving. I've PM you his contact.

I was shocked to see his team of malaysian carpenters came to remove my old built-in furniture. Price is direct factory price if you know what I mean. But he's not an ID guy but he has good carpentry knowledge. Hope he can help you. Thanks.

I did my kitchen recently. I gave the dimension of the hood and oven. The hob and sink have to be present on site when they assemble the cabinets. Next the carpenter would cut out the hole size after measuring the hob and sink on site. As for my sink shipment, I chose the normal shipping. It arrived 4 days later after the order.

Didn't see the bare metal at the spot the paint is flaked off. Once installed inside the cabinet you won't see the white spot. Nice sink cos is the same size as mine.

They are able to deliver to any address at JB at no extra delivery cost. You need to pay first via paypal. Base on current exchange rate, seems slightly cheaper but collection is at JB.

Since I can't use S/S grid for the sink, it has become a trivet for my island countertop to put hot pots, hot baking trays, even the philips air fryer is on top the grid.
