I wonder if they would bother or not cos email was sent to their common address. The requirements from us eg: 3D drawing with selected tiles+laminates was not sent despite several reminders, moreover he said it will be forwarded until my HB called up. Until now, we didnt receive any except the 1st 2 preliminary ones (before selecting laminates). We didnt want to pester for it thus we waited until now. In fact, we waited almost more than a month. Anyway, recently we tot of changing/adding a few more cabinets, <esp kitchen area> so dont want to waste their time to update the 3D drawing as well as my strength to ask for it now. Let's wait and see bah

Haiz... we asked ID several time and he said he will provide us a schedule since ages ago. Schedule was provided last week but it was very very brief, did not specify when air-con can come in! The thing is we've specify the requirement that GC need 3 weeks notice and do not wanna cause further delay.. This morning he called my HB and said that his admin informed him that we've sent him an email regarding today's meet up, HB was quite pissed, tot of telling him on top of email we already sent you sms to ask abt the meet today but there isnt any response so we send email lor. Guess what?? No meet up today lor but was told to meet up this Fri MORNING as if we no need to work. We felt that all this could be due to bcos we did not purchase any lighting/sanitary wares from his recommended shop which is why his level of service also worsen. Felt that communication with him get difficult. Regarding the ventilation fan in bathroom, he said will check but until now same thing lor "NO SOUND NO PICTURE." Sometime, we asked ourselves is it bcos his schedule is really 'tight'/too many sales appt/just cant be bother cos didnt earn the extra comm from us since we not getting from his recommended shop? But i tot, our reno cost wasn't really low, almost $40K reno deserve such service? <<Disappointed>>

Congrats gals_mama... Regarding the utilities, ask yr agent to do a swop (change name) to avoid paying cancellation/activation fee from both parties.

wow...you have been doing alot of homework. Thanks for the info. Indeed it looks sleek. Look exp but cheap - this is my HB's "kou tou chang" Lilith, thanks for your wishes and "jia you jia you". Until now, i also had the fear of missing out this missing out that, plus it's quite irritating esp when ID is not so 'on'. We have try to "book" him last Saturday and he said not free on Mon/Tue so we ask if possible to reserve Wed evening slot to us but until now no response, despite sending him an sms + email.

That's kind of her. think of my ID I very "gei sim". 1st time to our flat only take paper, pen and file. My HB was the one hands on using measuring tape plus masking tape and marker to take the measurement.. Haiz!!

Samgalz, when I saw u posted $135 I was like "was there a typo error", glad to knw it's not. <heng> Lilith, my reno just stared yesterday but before that I already felt sian due to all the arguments and HB not very pleased with ID response and the way he handled stuff. HB called him to ask if neighbours are informed few days before hand and he said no need, inform & hack straight away.. We tot it's inconsiderate. Arguments were mainly layout, space planning esp in the kitchen.

U bought a few and total cost $139? Seriously I don't know anything abt switches yet. Hahaha... Kee siao char bo!! Must be tired of living! Okay, I might have to change my kitchen layout... Abit annoying ESP when we think of the limited worktop space! I tot of doing a "C" layout with the fridge and washer at the yard but provided the space allows. If that's the case we may not need to change sink/tap. ** cross my finger tight tight**

May I know what kind of schedule will ID provide? My ID gave us a very brief schedule, ie: measure glass/aluminium/wrought iron/Elect and plumbing (1st stage) from 12-jul to 17-jul. HB concern is when to ask the aircon man from GC for piping? We must give at least 3weeks notice.

We've always wanted a storage bed. In fact, we are aiming the one from Sea Horse which cost close to $600. We were thinking if we were to add the mattress (depend on what range), it could be too pricey for us so we waited. And few mths back, we saw this great offer at Expo Exhibition. Max coil bedframe+mattress cost $899 but still we are eyeing for the storage one but have to top up another $500.. haiz!! Eventually, we tot maybe just get the normal one at $899 ($500 is alot leh) however the sale guy knew that we love to have a storage bed, he gave us an option to upgrade to one if we want. Yesterday we went to their showroom to select the headbed and colour. After finalising our selection, i kopo asked the guy, if i want to upgrade to storage bed must top $500, can the price be lowered? Guess what, he said the best price he could offer is, i have to top up another $400. We were kinda happy but sad that we have to pay more lah. After consideration and negotiation, the sales guy said the best offer he could gave is i may select the headboard I like if I upgrade to storage (wow...double happiness cos the headboard i like is not in the normal catergory) and so of course we 'on' ler.
