Today whole day at Pinnacle - **** tiring!! Discussing with Edmund on how to do our mount on study table n book shelf. Finally pick n chose the colour and laminate for all carpentry works. Edmund can start to get his factory to do it and would be able to install some by end of Feb. I will be doing laminate on my bay window so I need to buy those type of cushion like Hond or just get 2 cushion to put on top of the laminate. I guess I am going to slow on this as feeling **** tired now.

Wow - yr ID also good hor - give you FOC cushion, happy for you - at least cut down on some costs. I bet all Pinnacle owners piggy bank broke liao.... Mine also morning Sun so sure long run cushion sun tan every day will get burn n become brown red or burnt! hahhaha....but nice lah your cushion - match your cabinet colour...swee~

Sorry I mean I will get a brighter tone of laminate for wardrobe.

Blue: I like the full length mirror inside the wardrobe which I believe I will adopt this concept and get Edmund to do it but will believe a brighter tone of the laminate.....

How much you paid for it? How does it works?

Initially I wanted Edmund to do shelving for me in the bomb shelter but Edmund said that he cant do shelving as it is not permited by Civil Defence and he will recommend me a rack supplier.

Hide it and it become a perfect sight - nice! I always like white as I find it pure n nice but difficult to maintain though as it will turn yellowish in long run. Hey, you havent tell me where to get that bay window cushion leh.....I am keen to get 1 for my unit too.....

Hey Hond: your renov really fast leh!!!! Carpentry works will be done after cny by ID so not as fast as yours yet. We did try to turn on the toilet shower n water pressure is ok lah......yesterday just talked to Edmund to get him to change the water PVC pipe to chrome for both toilet and also to do a mount on study desk (5ft) with book shelf (2ft). He has yet to come back to me on the quote. I havent even choose my MBR wardrobe n kitchen cabinet laminate yet so how to have my sink up! Hey Hond: you didnt install aircon? I noticed that all your rooms got fan....but then our Pinnacle already so windy hor....hey, show me your kitchen cabinet photos...hehhehehe.....

Mine also 93sqm - though our place is small but going to make it real cosy! Just like small dog - chihuahua - small but they are **** fierce so dont underestimate small! hahhahaha....small got small good, big got big good...hehhehe....Hopefully can strike 4D this weekend then can do more to the place! hahahhaha.....Got to buy a nice nice sofa and dining table to fix into my place....

6ft at 1.3k customised wardrobe cheap lah! Good deal.....I just came back from Pinnacle n saw all my lights up already and very impressed with these 2 young Thais electrician....very fast n skillful! With all my lights on, at least I can feel that the place is getting nicer n nicer....look forward to move in.... Hond: when u n yr wife moving in? What else not done yet?

Hi fftw, it looks fine to me but are you doing something to the bomb shelter or just leave it as it is? Paste wall paper? I'm doing a feature wall to have my Guan Yin altar there and some display materials.....

Use hot water to wash dishes? Wow - then your electricity bill will go up monthly....though we bought a kitchen mixer with hot and cold water type but we got Edmund (ID) to just run cold water will do....yesterday City Gas fix up my gas pipe and it is running from the top then down to my hob, i really hope Edmund can do something about it as the copper pipe really ugly - maybe just paint it as white or something but still see the pipe running...anyway, leave it to him to do something for me.....

Hond: is your wardrobe 5ft? How much your ID charge you? I'm also installing my 7ft wardrobe near to the entrance of toilet n door- that's the only place we can fix there.....may install a hidden full length mirror inside it, save me some cost to look for another full length mirror.....got to cut cost as piggy bank already broke leh....how i wish hubby strike toto man!!!!!!!
