Hi all, It's refreshing to read many positive post on this ID. Mine is a BTO 4-room premium Buangkok flat which will be completed on Q2 2008. So any home owner have actually engage EI to do their BTO flat? What's the renovation budget like for BTO premium 4-room flat? Really would like to get comments/opinions here.
