I really hope nobody else will suffer this bad experience that i gone through... Hope you can find a better handyman with gd quote...

Dear owners, i wanted to share my experience here. I have engaged the company, the boss and only worker is Vincent. He is a person very friendly over the phone and seems like nothing cannot be accomplish. Same, everything he say can do... but when things happened, and take leave to wait for him to arrive, he can come up with many different reason to excuse himself. If one time, ok... maybe is real...but for 3 times... and one time is he forgotten and went swimming. In jan, we engaged him to install lights... when installing, he break the glass. he promised to custom made one for us but till now going apr, he did not get back to us... could not contact him... this bad incident happen to my house and my mum's house... given him one chance but for my house, the work is very badly done... after that i still need to engaged another handyman to complete the work... i am that kind of person who rather pay abit more but get back a better and efficient task done... Hope those who are looking for handyman services, kindly take into consideration on my advice so that this bad experience wont happen to you guys... and i did saw people recommended him but i think the services is very simple so he still can manage...but in terms of the work quality.. this really bad... hope those who are looking for handyman, maybe can check on others first.... but dun deceive by the friendly tone over the phone.... thank you...

Please do not use the service from sghandyman.com. the boss vincent is the only person doing the work himself. Work done not professional. Although he sound very friendly over the phone, but once you engaged him, he will not be as good as what he said over the phone. This is my experience. Very bad experience.... I can take leave and he can give me lots of reason saying can't make it to complete the work... sigh...

I have tried with sghandyman.. the boss is vincent... he sound very friendly over the phone and seems like nothing is impossible for him to accomplish. when i engaged him to help me to do minor works, he keep delaying the task and give lots of reason. on 1 incident, he need to go to my mum's place in jan to fix a light when he did not complete the work. when my mum rush home to wait for him, he did not turn up. when we call him, he did not pick up the phone. After an hour later, he returned call and said he forgot about it and went swimming with family. I was so pissed off but he willing to come down the next day to complete the work. So next day arrive, when fixing the light, he break the glass for the light. He wanted to use glue to fix it but i do not allow as it glass. glue it when see the break line very clearly. till now coming apr, he did not get back to us on the glass which he promised to custom made one to replace. If anyone wanted to use this service, i would suggest to look for other alternatives. For me, is a very very bad experience... and the work done is not gd too... not professional works...
