  1. pls pm me, i need a system 2 replacement 9K BTU X 2, HDB 4 room flat cheapest options available as it is for my tenant. thx
  2. My experiences, Im happy and satisfied with Bo Concept sofa. Got it at a dicount. The fabrics determine the final pricing. yes it is made in china. but designed in Europe. But the made is of good quality, QC very important. I got my 4 dining chair from them. 1 of it had a slight dent when its delivered. They took back and exchange. No question asked. Try these with some of our local furniture store....exchanging stuff may not be easy. Some of Air stuff are also made in china. It really depends on what you choose. Foundry, Grafunkt...their stuff are Asean made... final pricing..really need to compare and do your homework
  3. hey pal, That is not the way to advertise your services! You should be creating a thread of your own and not hijack this current thread. What are you thinking??
  4. hi, my experience tells me not possible, these old flats WC piping is fixed, cannot just create a hole for WC. what i do for my previous WC and Bathroom is i hack away the dividing wall. Then closed up one entrance. So got a bigger toilet.

  6. I agree on ur first line you will know why when you look who is their advertisers.... only that few are always mentioned. But this is no fault of them, its just how things work in this forum. Very important to gather our sources from all over, than to based everything in this forum.
  7. sure, mine is a 5I resale flat. Flats around 30 yr old. I am the 2nd owner. So you can gage how extensive my reno can be. If u do more research and read up those mag. Their pricing is consistent...for 5 rooms, usually $80-$100k depending how extensive carpentry work to be done. 4 room, full reno i guess easily $60k but still depends what needs to be done in the first place. best is look for them n tell them your budget, so they will have a basis to work on.
  8. hi all, regardng price..they belongs to mid to high range. I would say designer price. The boss is very straightforward on their costings. If your budget dont allows much of creative freedom, they rather u go to those HDB contractor whose office mabe below ur block type. They also do not mind to come out the creative design and you look for ur own contractor.(u pay for the creative services/drawings) me being in the creative industry, valued and respect fellow designer works. My search for ID only limit to 3 ID firm who has the best creative flair in HDB design. Also the chemistry between you and the designer is important too. They have to understand you fast and know your preferences. These stuff you will never see it in most purely contractor type of companies or even some ID firms. To put it simply they are the continental car prices as compared to japanese cars.
  9. yes i used them, reno done, taking over my place very soon....what u wana know?? i know they are seldom mentioned in this forum
  10. pls do not accept such shoddy workmanship...otherwise, they will keep making the same mistake thinking it is ok standard for us singaporeans. we not dump nor stupid.
  11. haha....obviously he/she is helping with the advertising.....treating us like fools....
  12. hey, it all depends on your usage. You determine how much cooking will be done. If you enjoy cooking or got time to cook. It is better to get one. But if your kitchen will stay as good as new after 6mnths. then you do not need any hood. Or if you have 2 miserable hob, then i say it is a showroom meant for show and not usage. My take is ppl who cook will demand a decent kitchen, while ppl who dont, can cook instant noodle can liao
  13. Hi, I settled for FV800XS1 and FP867XS1. after much considerations. price for both ard $3k+ its much better to buy separate as compared to the combi unless its space constraint.
  14. Hi, do check out the Bosch showroom at jln pemipin. Had seen the combi oven, Thats the only 1 combi and only size available. I was having the same thoughts as you but 45cm for an oven is too small. In the end i settled for 2 oven instead of one.
  15. best is to check with ur electrician. They can advice you better. GAB is Goh Ah Bee, is at hougang. Google,u will find the add
