nice! but i think you should just get ICA to send letters to both of them anyway just to ruffle their feathers imo.. I made ICA and SPF call up eurohub credit to tell them off! now they totally stopped le.. but anyways i'm also lodging a complaint with Registry of Moneylenders to wrap up the issue and then i shall begin my campaign to let everyone know how unscrupulous eurohub is! on the other hand, i am now pushing SPF to take actions against Samson Gellido for obviously misusing my address. I told SPF that they can call the seller's agent to find out more info so they called the seller agent up and then scare the **** outta the agent (brief history: the agent was **** rude to me when i asked him for samson's contacts, so i threatened to ask the cops to contact him instead, but he still rude and ask me whether I think the SPF will call him or not).. The agent suddenly called me last night to ask me how everything is etc etc.. i think he **** scared outta his wits lolz.. I will not stop until samson gellido gets his just desserts and i tink you shouldn't either! push the police and make them take actions against such people!

haha yes yes... i know some people will think my LAFS light is weird but seriously... it has the wow factor and looks **** fantastic lit and all the lights we bought in total were cheap! it was almost 30% less than what we budgetted for.. so I guess they are the lights people to go for, unless you going for swarovski crystals etc haha..

yo now you all discussing PS3 hor.. just wanna find out if you guys have any comments about this.. I was wondering what's the difference between PS3 40, 60, 80, or even up 250 GB? I mean besides the clear difference in memory available.. I read online procedures to change the memory is very simple, and most people will just shove in a 500gb 2.5inch sata then it becomes PS3 500! So now the question is... will it be the same if i buy a secondhand 40gb PS3 (this is like about 200-250 bucks in the market), and then do a memory upgrade? Should I be worried about processing speed or any other factors? thanks in advance!!

excellent advice and observations from a fellow home owner.. because a toilet is only so big (or small), the tiles must complement each other in terms of colour and texture (though i picked like 4 wall tiles, 1 mosaic and 1 floor tiles.. .. but i swear they complement each other!) budget is an important component too and for this I appreciate, from the bottom of my heart, Jason's efforts to bringing us to over 10 tile shops, not only to check out different tiles, but also to compare the prices across them! my advice is when you go around the tile shops, while keeping a lookout for new tiles, also keep a lookout for those tiles you have selected earlier.. the shop might offer a better price! An eg is the mosaic i bought costs 12.36psf only, while another costs 18psf! however, the love at first sight (LAFS) tiles thingy must be taken with a pinch of salt.. what you love this time, might change the next time you look at it, given wifey and my experience at SBH! So either chiong one day (buy all the LAFS tiles one shot), or pick then take a breather, look at the tile again. The second choice would be a pain in the arse I promise you, but I believe it will lead you closer to your "dream" tiles

quick update~~ had discussed with Jason yesterday, and we chionged through 4 hours of talking, which we accomplished: 1) Common and MBR bathroom PD doors 2) Colours for entire house!!!! 3) Laminates for cabinets and feature walls 4) Most lightings except dining etc.. brains officially exploded and imploded at the same time.. handed over receipts for all my items to jason for him to call and deliver.. thumbs up for superb service seriously.. i tink sincerity pte ltd is most aptly named!
