Froggy, Can you share more on PE endorsement for hacking of your wall? I am also very worried that HDB will not approve our proposed wall hacking. Then we will not be able to achieve what we want for our house. When consulting ID regarding how confident they are in getting HDB approval, they always say 50-50. One ID did mention to me that if all else fails, can get PE in as a third party to endorse and take responsibility for approval of hacking the wall. But need to pay money in the range of $800 to $1000. Are you in a similar situation?

Haha cos can come to know other people who throw their hard earn money down the drain. I bought 5 room improved resale in Jurong East. Point block 17th floor. House built in 1982. Stone's throw from Chinese Garden MRT. Throw another stone and can reach my mother's. So like what everybody says, if you gian the location, guess there's not much left to do but top throw your hard earn money down the drain. Lol. Valuation: 478k COV: 47k 2nd appt in one week's time!

Matashi, Your dogs are so cute. Just to let you know, we also bought a Lotus mattress. In fact we thought we bought an Omazz. Got our's at Robinson's - King size (Farrell) individual pocketed spring with a 3 inch talatech latex on top. We paid $2100 for it....haggle haggle until he give 6 pillows and 2 mattress protectors free. Haha! The when went to Parkmall saw Omazz boutique, we went in and tried to find out if we got a good deal. The girl inside told us Omazz only sell full latex mattress. If combine with springs or others then it'll be a Lotus. She also said Robinson has this practice of selling Lotus beds under the Omazz brand. So I think if you got yours at 2880 with a bed, sounds a good deal to me. King?

Samsung has nice models. After seeing LED's slimness, we suddenly find LCD TVs very ugly! Haha. Oh saw series 9 selling at $12888. I think that's the "real" LED TV, not the same as series 8 and downwards. 7.98mm thick only. *deep breath* Something to share though: 3D is available from series 7 and upwards. We saw one selling at $2800 (Gain City IMM). Forgot to take note of the size. Good deal imo cos throw in 3D bluray player...3D starter kit....wall mount brkts...

Price: Samsung LED 46" $2699 Samsung 52" $4k plus (too much diff for a few more inches, more features but not at all important when u have a laptop or PC) MATASHI, May I ask, did you get series 5 or series 6 for Samaung LED? Seems like a good price so do you mind sharing the place you bought at?
