I agree with this, and that's what created the hot topic. Supply & demand still hold true. Personally, I don't think prices will plunge down so soon, rather a stabilized phase is more likely. Willing buyer-willing seller, isn't it hehe Anyway, it should not affect long-term buyers since value of house will appreciate in the long run, esp in scarce-land country; unless it falls under the exceptional rules.

Hi Tiler Seng, can PM me the best price for a 3-room resale HDB: 1. Homogenous glossy floor tiles (600x600) and skirting for whole house: 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen (matt tiles) * NO need tiles for utility room and toilet. Need to hack away this small concrete divider/supporter in kitchen. Existing floor are those very original cement floor (no tiles at all). Can't remember if there are skirting. 2. A kerb divider (50mm) inside toilet To prevent WC area from getting wet while showering. 3. Base (50mm) for fridge, washer and kitchen cabinet To prevent water when washing floor. 4.
