  1. Hi,

I came across your post on the Belian flooring in your bathroom. May I know how much does it cost and which company supplies the flooring? Please email me at salad237@gmail.com . Thanks!

  2. as of today, there is no such thing as waterproof laminate flooring. there are technologies to cover individual laminates with wax layer, which makes it water resistant. for waterproof flooring, get vinyl tiles/planks
  3. sorry bro goobii for diverting your thread. just want to point out that TS wants to highlight the bad (from what i read, possibly criminal) attitute by this specific company rather than the product itself. Actually, this kind of door is also done by another company (which is my supplier for such doors). So far I only know of 2 companies, but no intention to switch supplier since I have a good working relationship with my current supplier. My 2 cents on the product. pros: small footprint strong mechanism stable door child safe lock (with upgrade options) no bottom track cons: have to know how to use it, not intuitive pricing is on the higher side compared to other quality doors strict on dimensions so any miscommunication will lead to losses to either parties terribly expensive if size of door required is more than standard size summary: i did not use it personally as i did not know about this product when i got my house done, but given a choice, i would. but i would recommend it to my clients where small footprint is needed and no bottom track is preferred. of course, the final choice is theirs since they are the ones using it.
  4. If you want the best, go for Ariafina It's not 100% though, fyi.
  5. Personally, what I did, was to redirect the water piping to run in from the top instead of the middle of the house. For specific details, PM me and I will advice you further.
  6. Hi Ossify,

    Thanks for your advise.

Next Tue, need to dismantle current vanity and do-up a new one in master toilet. Still waiting for the contractor to come and confirm pricing.

What's your quote for dismantle soilid top vanity with hanging cabinet and doing up a new one?

If reasonable, can I contact you if the cntractor failed to turn-up tomorrow?

  7. You guys might want to look at the latest alpha instant shower heater which comes with attached rain shower
  8. Hi,

You have the ikea basin in your master room toilet. Just to check, is the tap hole so call universal? ie. can fit any taps other than ikea? Do you have the dimension of the tap hole?

After using for around a year, would you recommend this basin?

    Thanks.

  9. bro, you can check out Besglas or Sun Sun Glass. can see my tblog for my review on them. btw, about your shower areas that cannot do drop down and have to do kerb instead, did your ID charge you for the kerb?
  10. That's scary. So at speed 1 and 2, it does not wobble? The alpha V6 has a diagonal blade design so it may look like it is wobbling when rotating. What you should check on is the lamp in the middle. Is that wobbling? So far, I have 4 alpha V6, have seen 2 other alpha V6 in a client's home, no signs of wobbling. If yours is really wobbling, my guess is poor installation.
  11. Yep, and if they quote you higher, just tell them the guy from Holland says it's $290 I let me electrician handle the brackets and balancing. To me, as long as it works (no sound on top speed, lights can turn on), it's good
