3rm In Tampines

Hi all,

Would like to share my second reno project, a 3rm at Tampines, hope to be able to share my journey with all readers :)

Hacking started today, after some delay due to request for hacking of walls denied (reason: prefab walls)

Nope, prefab can't hack.

My hse also pre fab, wall dividing kitchen to hall can hack ( 3" )

But Toilet wall cannot hack ( 6" )

If possible, add air con to the living area :)

client prefers system 2 inverter :)

well, if your ID/contractor won't charge you for applying, then go ahead and try it :P

Is this the usual stuff you'll propose to your client? My ID did not plan all these leh....

Just say to meet up and discuss with plumber, electrician and air con man :unsure:
