  2. did think of this option too...but we decided we may need the device for hanging clothes which needs to be handwashed so removing device is out...

MBR toilet baywindow can sit there and scrub feet now...but got a problem, super exposed to public man, no privacy ...any suggestions??? i'm thinking of those roller blinds but not sure if at night switch on lights outside still can see silhouette??? i hope not to do frosted windows cos still wanna have daylights coming in...HELP!!!

  6. I would think main con got to hack away the tiles and re-do cos the gradient was not done properly first time...Ya kitchen is small and I suspect 4 & 5 rm kitchens are this size too except they got a service balcony...
  7. I plan to get fridge depth 725mm one...side by side doors...will be out by 125-150mm and can open doors without hitting walls... Toilet got space to put washer??? Unless u plan to remove a basin???isn't the washer area enough for 1 dryer L600xD600xH850???Unless u wanna get dryer to stack on top too then not enough height clearance at washer area...
  8. Think we will be using dryer frequently too.. Wash le then dry immediately...yest was looking ard for washer dryer at HN & sales guy pushing LG model...saying direct drive better then electrolux belt type...

  13. hi lady_r...after getting keys and viewing hse, i think i need to get a dryer cos the outside clothes hanging area is deprived of sunshine...hopefully got wind but better to plan for alternative...but after taking meaurement, can't stack dryer onto WM... ...so now got to look for 2-in-1 washer dryer... ...dunno if 2-in-1 will spolit easily not...

  20. still finding contractor...though most stuffs are done, when i run through with contractors, seems like alot of things to do...hope the bill will not be too huge...and the quality of our place not very good... u saw the countless post-it when u came over...i will need many many pages of the defects reporting form...

  23. Anyone using Sharp AX-1500V??? wanna know if any current users built this oven into cabinet??? As this is a water oven, there's a vent at the top for steam outlet...if built in, don't think this will be good for the wood cabinet in the long term...
