  1. Hi Aron, Thanks for your prompt attention and reply. Will like to understand from you that: 1. When you mentioned 9K BTU X 3, does that mean that when all the 3 aircons are on - each unit will use 9K BTU to cool the room? 2. Is there such a thing like the same model having different BTU like e.g: MUX3BD23VD (ME Sys 3 Non-inverter) having (a) 20K BTU and (b) 9K BTU X 3? Appreciate your sharing. TIA.
  2. Hi Reno members, I'm looking into getting Mitsubishi Electric Sys 3 non-inverter R410A. Heard from my friend that All Best @ IMM has a better offer. Has read from the forum about some bad experience encountered by some members who purchase from them years back. Anyone purchased aircon from them recently? How's their service and support? Appreciate your sharing. TIA.
  3. Hi Sukukia, Just wonder is your Mit No-inverter R22 or R410A? Care to share your experience with their workmanship and after-sales experience (if any)? Thanks.
  4. Have just installed my City gas heater 2 weeks back. Had some bad experience with the City Gas sub-contractor - did not call, late and left halfway and came back an hour plus later. Would like to find out what's the cost of engaging a plumber to connect the heater and both the hot & cold water inlets and time to get it done? TIA!
  5. Hi Aron, I'm looking into Mitsubishi Electric Non-Inverter R410A Sys 3, will appreciate that you can give me a quote on this. Can you provide details on the installation materials to be used as well like the type and inch used for the insulation, the type of copper piping used, etc.? Based on your experience, will it be better to upgrade to 1/2 inch insulation and G22 copper piping? N what is the price difference? Many thanks in advance.
  6. Have went down last wed & were attended by 2 IDs - Justin Teng & Alloysius Ong. They run thru our floor plan & showed us around. Justin Teng used soft approach and looks quite inexperiened. Alloysius although a bit experienced and knowledgeable, was trying to ask us for our commitment. They have arranged an appt with us this evening. However, they were not in & even bother to contact us for reschedule. Lucky I did not commit myself & engage their services as they don't even have the basic professionalism.
