    I would not go with that two. I would suggest using 300 x 300 tiles. Square shape fits much better in bathrooms.

    Uploading a photo of your window here give as more clear view of it, so that we could give good advices. Is it sliding or the typical window?

    It would be good if you can post some photos of your window grill here, so that we can know if they are really looking good.

    It is also good for you if you will paint your condo before installing those built-in kitchen, so that even the edges are repainted.

    Yeah your right. I would also prefer glossy but not in bathroom. I would go with rough finish for bathroom.
