hi guys, wanna check about the opennet installation. As I am already in themidst of my reno.....where should i cater my opennet socket to be? does it neccessarily have to be near the existing tv point? or is it enuff to be simply near my existing lan socket? future tv set top box have to be connected to this modem rather than the existing tel line or tv socket? kindly advice thanks!

Hi Guys, been doing quite a bit of research on renovation and i chanced upon this term "prefab".... seen a lot of threads whereby it is mentioned that blocks that are "prefab" have walls which cannot be hacked, is this true? I've purchased block 472 in tampines....possible to find out if my block is prefab and if any of the walls can be hacked?? appreciate any advice!!!!

Hi Guys, In the market for a new built in oven for my brand new place..... Been searching around and I have narrowed down my selection to these two models: Electrolux EOB31002X Bosch HBN331E2J Possible for gurus here to tell me which is preferable in terms of feature/functionality, reliability, etc? Price is the same range both models so its down to feature/function for me..... Just to also add, my wife loves baking cookies, tarts, cheese cakes and stuff so the oven will be specifically to suit her needs, with the occasional baked chicken, etc when we have guests...
