  1. There is not a need for you to give me the explanation. At the first place, those complaints on you by bro "aircon leaking" should not have exist if you have done the right thing at the first place. And it seem like you are trying to put the blame on the customer rather then finding a solution to resolve customer complaint. I feel you are the one who need to improve on your knowledge and customer service. Imperial use to provide good customer service and quick respond to customer concerns. I rarely see complaints in this thread till you took over recently. I believe for so long, surely there is problems and issues for some of the aircon installation but why isn't it float out in this thread? I think it is because of quick, precise and responsible actions that imperial use to give to the member here. If you continue to give such kind of services, there will make no different you from other aircon company. Above are just my personal opinion.
  2. Bro, suggest you to ask for another round of inspection on the aircon equipments by mitsubishi. If mitsubishi confirmed that their aircons has nothing to do with the leakage, get imperial to reinstall the whole system for you. Imperial services have turn from good to bad and from bad to worst since the departure of aron.
  3. Bro, I am so sorry to heard that and I don mean anything from my previous post. And I don think I should give any comment to your issue as I do not know from head to tail of your complaint. All I want to mention that they have provided me with good services right from beginning and it's surprise me when I saw your comment. I will be neutral from now onwards and leave it to other renotalk members to comment about their services. By the way, my leakage was cause by the crack of a PVC pipe and they have replaced it on the same night.
  4. Bro, I do understand how you feel and if i was at your shoe, I will be very frustrated too. However, we get to know aron has left the company and whoever took over his position need to do the good job what aron used to do to all members here. To be fair to aron, he has been very responsible and patience towards our request and concerns (at least it apply to me). My aircon was also bought from them and for once, water leaking happen to one of my aircon (after warranty period). I call up aron and he has came to my place with the technician. (P.S, they came after their working hour at night as I only can make it after my work). They have done the check, found the reason, and rectify the issue without charging me even though the warranty is over. It surely is down to the person who is handling your case and I personally feel aron has done the extra mile to help me. I believe tim, who has took over aron's jobs, was not up to standard to provide good customer service which aron used to provide. Bro, I think you should talk to their management directly if the issue was still on outstanding.
  5. I am surprised to hear this cause my experience with aron was an excellent one. As I have mentioned earlier, Site supervisor sam has came to my place to do an evaluation, recommend the best way to run the trunking. Follow by a prompt follow up by aron and he has also given me a good special price. On the actual day of installation, the installation team lead by ah boon arrived on time. Just to make sure, we gone through another round of discussion on how the trunking need to be run before they start the installation. Almost after an hour of installation, sam was at my place to ensure everything is in order. I was pleased because I felt that the whole installation job was well taken care off. Right after sam left the place, I also leave & back at around 5.30pm. At that time, the installers are testing the air-con. I am impressed because they only took about 7 hours to complete the whole installation. Ah boon walk around with me to check on the job done before he do a proper testing and handover with me. And this is not finish, on the next day, I even receive a call from aron, he asked me if the whole installation is a good one. Overall, I gave them 2 thumbs up because right from the beginning till the completion of installation, I have not encountered any hipcup, instead, I have received more than what it should be. I strongly recommend to those who want to get a new air-con should contact aron. As for guppybell, have sam or aron solve the issue for you? Hope everything went well for you.
  6. Agreed with mega discount store to get TV, fridge, washer. I got those items from them. Air-con I got it from Aron.
  7. Latest update:- I have confirmed the order with aron. Just in time for the panasonic promotion, recieving total of $250 NTUC for the purchase of one set of inverter system 3 and one set of inverter system 1, price consider good as I also have compared the price with gain city & courts. Installation also do not need to wait very long, aron has fixed a date to do it for me this coming monday. I will update further after the installation. Thank you forcesguy for his contact.

  9. I heard CU3S27MKZ is the newer model & the compressor height is shorter than CU3S27KKZ. There is a price different between $2499 vs $2950 but to be fair to aron, make sure the quote is compare apple to apple. Like what is the materials used, got include stainless steel bracket etc. Yesterday my meeting with aron's site supervisor Sam is a good one. He explained in details on how the trunking will be run, the location of the blowers. He also suggest me the right capacity and brands to get. Since my house can put 2 compressors, i most likely will go for a system 1 for my living room and a system 3 for my 3 bedrooms. Still waiting for aron's quote, I have no doubt about their professionalism and services but now hope the price is right.
  10. I personally feel that aron is a person with a proper system in his work. His respond is prompt, able to understand my requirements & give constructive advices. I have arranged an site inspection for his site supervisor to meet up with me later. Hope everything go well for me.
