  2. I am so pissed with agent on her inability to work on my interests and failure to give me adequate info Now I understand why some people would be so unwilling to pay their agent upon completion. I am contemplating that too. I dun know what mego gent is for, cannot negotiate, cannot work in my interest (her advice is always no choice buyer say this, must like that) her advice always mean it's my problem that it's like that. then u have to pay lor. Ah Bo how, u didn't ask what. WTF. The authorities should really be tougher on what kind of people is taking up the job of an agent. No offense to the good ones ard, but if they are proficient, nothing is going to be tough for them. Mine can't even calculate.

  4. That was what I am doing now, I felt guilty as I am buying from A, paying A, but asking B for information. I sort of know the process involved, but was not sure about the payment for each appt and time period, but it seems like my agent is only interested in getting payment for me. I am like doing follow ups with my agent remind her to inform me about the relevant info, and she seems to be very arrogant about it. Whats was worst was that the seller's agent(the team leader) actually told me that the 2 agents was communicating via sms only prior to the OTP. I am like, is this msn or what? I seriously think that the professionalism for this industry is going down if agents are all going to be working this way.
  5. is there like a standard practice? My agent asked me to sign the agent fee agree as I was exercising my option. (really pissed at that lack of professionalism as the seller agent is present as well) And subsequently, they invoice me even before I had the first appointment.
  6. Hi guys, Anywhere I can get these information. It seems like I have purchased a flat from a either ireesponsible or total blank out agent, and I just want to get the facts right. For example, like what information should agent inform buyer? What kind of advice to expect? on offer? OTP? 1st appointment? and 2nd appointment? What is the agent expected to know with regards to procedure, payment and charges? When am I expected to pay my agent, officially? Would really appreciate if someone can help me out on this?
