  1. Hi

May I have the contact of the person that your bought the oven from at Millenia Walk?

    Thanks! =)

  2. Hi Chenglashi, I went to Harvey Norman today. Spoke to the same sales person who sold me my present appliances and received the following quote: WFA 676 - $518/- WFK 1018 - $9xx/- AD 990 - $5xx/- TI 1000 - $10xx/- TI 1028 - $$16x5/- FP 867 - $$16x0/- TG 600 - $5x0/- I was allowed to make payment in credit card terms unlike Everjoint where they insisted that i pay them in cash. I compared the prices with everjoint after paying them a visit personally in AMK. Their prices differ by $200/- and i left the place. i spoke to a lady in her 40s by then name of Ms Aw/Au/Ow.. Will be making a trip down to Harvey Norman to make my purchase during the weekend. 2 thumbs up to Harvey Norman electrical store!!!
  3. Do you mind giving us the price you got? I need to have my 2nd home kitchen done up in a few weeks and i intend to get Brandt kitchen appliances as they have been serving me well for the past 4 months. I bought mine from a Harvey norman store half a yr ago. Will be checking up the price and perhaps do a mini comparison.
  4. Yumiko, It could be the same salesperson but lets not jump into any conclusion. All i can say after getting a response from the bosch team personel from thier mainshow room at Bishan , i am pretty disappointed with this sales personel. I had initially wanted to lay an official complaint with regards to this matter to Harvey Norman but after second thoughts, i did not lose anything from this truly unwanted episode and i would just let this matter rest.(Definitely nothing else from this unscrupulous guy. Anyway, i should have spoken to the other sales guy whom i bought my ovens from but i guess its just my luck. I can just confirm one exact detail, the bosch machines are made in Thailand and their parts are from Thailand as well.Anyway, no big deal about that whether or not it is from Thailand or Germany.... I just dont like the feeling of getting 'played' around by such a low pedigree sales person. I was shown the instruction manual of the two 7kg washing machines. The showroom staff was pretty professional and they recommended me to purchase the washer from another shop instead. I intend to do it soon. I intend to go back to my original sales personel for further info on washing machine. Lets end it here and not hog the traffic of the wonderful Bosch personel who are trying to explain product details. Keep on the good work guys!!!
  5. hi terry, I think it would be best to clarify details with you. I went to a Harvey norman store in Milenia walk and i wanted to purchase a bosch washer from them. However, the salesperson ( i shall name him Mr D) gave me different answers when my wife posed them these question. i tried calling your customer service earlier on but the phone was engaged. 1) the man told me that the bosch thailand machines parts are from germany. Is that true?? 2) the man told me that bosch washers save more electricity and water then the rest of the front loading machine(example, electrolux, LG, Samsung) 3) the man told us that the stainless steel board is better then the bosch German made machine palstic board inside the drum? when i finally spoke up, he was at a loss of what to say. Finally we left with so much to be desired. 4) can you provide me with a email address of your marketing/sales manager whereby i can redirect or confirm those answer above? Thanks.
  6. anyone can recommend me a good place to get mitsubishi star mex aircon other then gain city??
  7. I also hope that it is true but surprisingly, when i was there that was the BEST price they quoted me so in the end i left and moved on to make my purchase at the said superstore. Maybe luck was not with me or perhaps it was a case of really cannot beat the price of a superstore?? In any case, it is to our benefit and it is good to know that there are indeed superstores who are willing/able to give us extra options.
  8. Nope... i dont think we meet the right person.
  9. I suggest you make a visit to Everjoint located at Ang mo Kio OR Harvey Norman Milenia Walk. Think they wouldnt have any problems which the price you quoted. Gd luck!!!!
  10. i made a call to Mr L.... from everjoint and the price quote for the Brandt oven was the same at $789 but the oven for the bosch was at $635. However when i enquire from the mode of payment, he mentioned that i could either pay by cheque or cash only. The 2nd shop which i visited personally was at Goh ah bee which they sold me the items through a catologue. the price quote was $780 for the brandt oven wherelse the bosch oven was at $640/- The final visit was at Harvey Norman Milenia walk. I met this salesperson and my shopping trip ended when he guarantee me a price return should his price be higher then any of the neighbourhood shops but of course i was amazed by his knowledge on ovens given his years. pretty satisfied with the price quote given to me. Brandt oven at $780 and bosch oven at $630/- which i could either pay by cash or CREDIT CARD! He patiently offered me the extended warranty on the ovens (which i did not purchase) and he even told me that a decision could still be made as long as the delivery was not met. two thumbs up to him and i will definitely get back for my next purchase of my fridge if he can give me a reasonable price... looking forward to my delivery next wk!!!! Any assistance required to get his contact, pls email me and i will gladly pass on his contact to any forummer here.
  11. i got quotes from everjoint for my two brands of fridge really good price but the quote on mitsubishi was not so good.... then when i ask about the ovens pricing, their prices were cheap but definitely not the best. i think i will end up buying from a superstore. the price for the fridge was similar but the oven definitely were cheaper. i just told the sales person that i got a quote from everjoint and he took out a calculator and show me prices that i was happy with.... now pending which oven to purchase. i would say that it is always a good choice to check all prices then go to any major stores and inform them that i have a quote and for my case, i am a happy consumer getting good pricing! moreover, they can give u options of payment in cash or credit card.
  12. I am also having the same problem.... dont know which one to choose.. has any forummer got any clues as to which shop is offering the best price for these two ovens??
