  1. Going to purchase a resale flat soon. flat is pretty well done up but need some touching up. just to check whether anyone has a contractor to recommend to modify the interior of the wardrobes and change the doors? Wish to put more clothing rails and lesser shelves, maybe add drawers considering to change the doors of some built- in cabinets from wooden to glass (to display stuff) as well. Any contacts will be appreciated.
  2. Going to purchase a resale flat soon. flat is pretty well done up but need some touching up. just to check whether anyone has a contractor to recommend to change the existing kitchen sink. Quite possible that i would need to cut a bigger hole on the kitchen countertop because im looking at changing the sink to a double bowl while the existing sink is a single bowl. thanks in advance.

  11. thanks bro... i think its hard to do without a wardrobe...unless you can wear berms and t-shirts to work everyday...haha...means you dont need to iron your clothes.. i use my wardrobe only to hang clothes eg work shirts, pants etc etc..those folded ones are stored in the platform...eg home clothes.. having said that..depending on your style..a smaller wardrobe may suffice.. im those sort who hangs most of my clothing..so my wardrobe is all hanger bars and a 3-drawer chest...
