They provide unlimited piping, armaflex class 1 insulator, 16mm drain pipe and G22 copper pipe. No additional charge. Think you can do your homework with them as well, as they are known for their air con service.

I got my Joven water heaterm JH25 at Everjoin electrical in AMK ave 4. It has been around for quite some time and their price is pretty awesome as compared. Got them to do the installation as well and I can say it is pretty well done. No issue till date after several months. Just an add on, can also check on their kdk ceiling fan, price and installation are competitive with the other shops.
