they have more than 3000 designs of wallpapers from Korea. Anyone tried them? Located in IMM they quoted me 2.5m x 2.7m (H) 4.5m x 4.8M (W) for $495 with installation that is 1 wall of a HDB room / hall. Is that a resonable price?

Hi Guys, i have a problem here that require your advises. Any and everything imput helps! We shortlisted a HDB flat but seller backed out after he claims that he heard wrongly on the COV value that was agreed upon. We are in the process of renegotiating. Accordingly to his agent, their new Simei DBSS flat will be ready for keys collection soon. As such, when does he need to dispose of their current flat? Any ideas how do we re-negotiate this deal to my advantage of course? Very noob on this! Appreciate some advises. Thanks
