Yup I saw some difference lol Yes I install cat6 cable, but i didnt install the faceplate in my tv console. It is a ct6 cable from the tv console (hidden to the ceiling) to a faceplate at my study room. In this way I do not need another cat6 cable at my tv console.

The OpenNet contractor sound like BS to me, as long as u have enough clearance to insert and take out the fibre optics cable to the termination box should be enough. I know ur frustration. I have also been dealing with them and Singtel for the past 1 month due to my Singtel Exstream fiber service issues. Yes the 10inch clearance height is for the internal. My TV console height is 12inches.

Yes I did hide my fibre optic termination box inside my console but as the termination box was installed before my reno so the carpenter has to cut a hole at the back of the console for the box. The clearance height of my console is around 10 inches which is just nice to fit the Singtel modem.

The toilet accessories can be installed after the acid cleaning but for some items like the basin which are install on table top then u will have to wait until carpentry is done.

Kitchen table top MBR toilet shower screen

Reno Day 42 Some touch-up to the carpentry works and final day for electrical works yest. Also the table tops for the kitchen and vanity cabinets are up. Blum system are up for all cabinets except the vanity cabinet. Yest was also the 2nd time installation for the Singtel fiber and in the end the fiber did not work as the ONT light keep on blinking! This is the 2nd time liao. The Singtel guy call the Opennet guy and he came to check and say the fiber signal is ok and the problem is from the Opennet server? to our box(MDS?) downstairs? The Singtel guy say from the installation he do so far this is the 1st major issue he encountered. Nobody seems to know what is the problem!??? MBR toilet vanity top (No mirror yet )
