Hi diva79 & potat0, Yes, I agreed with potat0 about spending huge amount of money to take legal actions against these cheaters. I been to lawyer but he said no point wasting money sueing him because Pte Ltd company can just closed their shop easily. I do not want my money back but I just hope he will end up in jail and stop all these scams. I just hope singapore law can change or add a new law to this "BREECH OF CONTRACT" term. I urged that all new home seekers can read up my post so as not to fall into such scam. A few of my cousins and friends will be getting their new house keys and some even have to apply renovations loan from the bank for their renovations. A leopard will never change its spots.Your scammer skip town but you can still deal with his company. Go small claim if the company is still in business. I think my CHEATER got no time to cheat cos he should have cheated enough money to Reno his new flat. But I think he will strike again in no time cos he had spent all his money in his Reno. Yes, have tried calling up SPH. But they are unable to publish his name of company and full name because they scared kanna sue. Cannot really help much. But one of the victims I have known had wrote to SPH's forum. But have no idea when they will publish it out.

Even lie about his sub contractor's father pass away. This kind of thing also can lie. So there is nothing he cannot lie. BETTER BEWARE STRIKE BY LIGHTNING. He is gonna cheat again cos his new DBSS flat in Toa Payoh is ready for keys collection. So he needs $$$$$$ to Reno his own house. Don't fall under his scam. Check your ID's IC to verify whether is he Oh Cheng Han. If yes, better don't waste time talking to him or signing contract with him.Contract sign, he will MIA and you can expect his call only when he had no money(chase you for payment). Hi YouAskForIt, Had read your blog and thisis what happened to me during my renovation. Chased me for payment, work not done and also lied to me that capentry works is in the progress but I got his carpenters contact number so I called and checked about the capentry work, to my surprise no capentry work done at the factory because the cheater never pay them money so they do not want to start work. All he said to you are all LIES and the best part is that he never answer his calls, RIGHT? If you are able to be there when the sub con come to do your reno, check with them regarding this cheater and they will definately tell you this: He still got a few projects on hand and all his projects are still hold back because he never made payment to us so no $$ means no work done and his taking your money to do other project. And this capenter told me this : YOUR ID DRIVE AUDI AND I DRIVE LORRY, HOW COME YOUR ID NO MONEY? Hopefully you would want to made a report against him. Police said they need more reports in order for them to take actions. Kindly PM me if you are willing to do a report so that I could give you all victims report no.to tag along. Angrybirds.

Hi, Take your time to choose the ID. If can go down to his shop to discuss the quotataion and you can see whether is he really a ONE MAN SHOP( ID cum BOSS). I got cheated by my previous ID. He always meet up at my place or elsewhere rather than his shop and after signing up the contract, then I know is a ONE MAN SHOP but he bluff me saying that he is expanding his business and will employ more staff to assist him but that's too late cos contract already signed with him. He won't answer calls, made empty promises and always chased me for payment(when it's not time for payment) during the reno. U can view my mishap, go search for ID CLOSED SHOP AND JOB UNDONE and you will see how I got cheated and hope you will not fall under this scam. Good luck to you. Angrybirds.

Hi YouAskForIt, Have your house reno done up already or still in the progress? Did you sign contract with him recently? If you have recently sign contract then kindly post his NEW COMPANY NAME to create public awareness. He is the kind who always made EMPTY PROMISES, DON'T ANSWER PHONE CALLS and DELAYING YOUR RENO (cos he had no $$$ to pay his SUB CONS) therefore your reno will be delayed. We need more police reports from victims and hopefully with more reports police will take action against him. Hopefully when timing is right, do post more updates here. BTW, if you are doing police report against him kindly do PM me so that I can give you our report number and you can tag it along. Angrybirds

We shall see what police side can do to him first. Cos my main concern now is that I do not want anymore VICTIMS who falls under his SCAM. It can be a TERRIBLE REAL NIGHTMARE. Hi, Recently, my friend told me that she be taking her keys for her new BTO house this month. I had told her to beware of this CHEATER when looking for reno quotations and never spent time looking for this CHEATER who had cheated my $$$. I hope that all house owners do not fall under this scam like I had fallen into. Beware of his FULL NAME which I had stated above as he had changed his English name and his company name. If can take a look at your ID's IC to verify. Better be safe than $$$ wasted. It's really a hassle if your ID cannot finish up the job WITHIN THE DEADLINE. It's no joke cos the impact will affect your whole family not only yourself. I know he had been reading my post but what I am stating here are all facts. Regards, Angrybirds.

Hi, Did you sign the contract under Space Molecules Pte Ltd or his new company? If you have deal with Kane Oh Cheng Han but under different company, kindly reply this with his new office and address so that no other peolpe would fall under his SCAM. Had met up with 2 other vicitms and police report had been made. Case still pending. He will only suck all your $$$$$ and job not finished and MIA and will give you all kinds of stupid excuses. Do no ever believe him anymore cos he will surely tell you this: Give me sometime and I will get your job done. Hi Kamalbensra, Too bad I don't have his photo but he ever placed a FULL PAGE advertisement on the Chinese Newspaper (Lianhe Wanbao) on 11 May 2011. There is a photo of him but doesn't look like him (he said the photo was taken at a younger age). Maybe he had too many debtors that's is why he dare not put his present photo there. As for FB, I had tried searching but couldn't find him there. I think he had took our $$$ to place the advertisement there. Just can't imagine a FULL PAGE ADVERTISEMENT WOULD COST HOW MUCH. Everyone will feel happy to have bought a new flat but I am not because of HIM, CAUSING MY FAMILY TO SUFFER. Every corner of my flat will make me think of his wrong doings. But I BELIEVE THAT RETRIBUTION WILL GOES TO HIM. He had read my post thru renotalk and had called me up trying to compensate me with some freebies and want me to remove my post here.
