Dear bro, Base from specification this LED ribbon is common found in the market. Led ribbon is running on constant voltage and not constant current. Yr LED ribbon is eproxy? Imagine, per metre is 1.2A and voltage is 12vdc. Back to techincal: Power = Voltage x Current therefore Power = 12vdc x 1.2A = 14.4W Yr LED height(surface) is 1cm, is not recommend. For better one is 1.2cm. Yr current is very high per metre. for 5 metre is 6A. Yr LED ribbon will get hot faster and surface unable to dissipate heat fast. In the long run, LED will spoil easily. Per metre = 14.4 W 5 M = 14.4W x 5m = 72W 10M = 144W To buy power supply, please give some allowance of 20% on top of 144W. Should buy 200W – 12vdc power supply. How to do connection? Method 1: 5M---- PS(power supply) ----5M (Dun need to do loop back) Mehod 2: PS(power supply) ----5M ----5M (After which do a loop back to power supply) If u use 24vdc is different story. Power = Voltage x Current 14.4W = 24Vdc X Current Current = 0.6A Current is less by half and LED won’t heat up so fast. IMHO: Since you have bought it, just use it.

try crester ceiling fan and franco. it come with 48", 50", 54" & 56". it has lighting on it too. my house using franco, so far so good. buy Acrylic better. normally motor warranty is life time. hope it helps.

What's the difference between LED and halogen? LED has constrain on beam angle whereby halogen do not have this issue. but in term of power saving LED is better. whether china made or branded ade. assembled still in china. must see the actual product and get a feel and lighting effect. Yes you can and you can avoid the shadow produce by T5 spacing too. Environment friendly, UV free and most important thing power saving too. You either take 12vdc with size of LED 5mm by 5mm or take 24vdc with size of led 3.5mm by 2.8mm. My opinion. cheers.

If i were you i will took 2 in 1 too. bcos is cost saving too. Yr hb say that bcos guys everything must be quick and girls consider alot of factors. therefore god create male and female mah. haha. Is the best to connect LED strip in 5m interval to reduce dim effects. LED strip can come with 12vdc & 24vdc. Power (W) = Voltage (V) x Current (I) e.g per rim LED strip is 5m with 12vdc and 24W 24 = 12 x I 2A = I per metre is 0.4A Power supply is calculate base on Wattage. e.g you need 24W therefore pls buy power supply with additional of 10 to 20% buffer to prolong the life span. And LED strip with higher wattage will give brighter brightness, consumption more power and get hot easily. my 2 cents, correct me if i'm wrong. cheers.

Led driver with MR16 will be better choice. Logic thinking: if you buy something 2 in 1 is better or standalone? If i will buying i will buy seperate due to anyone spoil i just change either driver or LED lo. If GU10, you will not know which one spoiled. Since you bought it, don't regret. If you go Ikea, Track light comes with 5 bulb type. And make a good choice by keeping your cove lighting. Track lighting & cove lighting give ambience and most important if your child need to study, please buy a table lamp for him/her. Thank you.
