When I went over after lunch, the plumber has left. Whereas the rest, electricians and carpenters are very busy, so didn't take too much pics. I seems to be in their way whenever I try to take some pics... Bathroom sinks are up. The Quartz guys will come back and install the backsplash... Plumber also install other fixtures.... I changed my shower which the developer gave to something better. Hope I can enjoy the shower experience soon... I also like this towel rack. Each time I see it in the hotel, I tell myself I also want it to be installed for my home

ID told me that today was a busy day, especially the morning. At one point of time, there are 3 different parties, plumber, electricians and carpenters. She said very chaotic....

Since the carpentry is finishing, ID activated the electrician to start fixing up lights and fans... I especially like these sets of black frame lights on grey false ceiling

In my earlier post, the bed frame for the master bed room is done wrongly, too low and storage space not high enuf. Today, the bed frame is taken out... The new frame has been brought in today, the carpenter said will install tomorrow The Quartz for both bathroom vanity top has been installed, next step will be installation of the sink

More updates.... Study and wardrobe room took quite some time, maybe it's more complex, but glad that it's shaping up well, about 80% completed We like the laminate for the study table 😎

Yes, I need lots of storage space as well.... After staying in my current home for more than 10 years, I've accumulated lots of stuff. Despite throwing away some stuff, still got lots more 😅 I even find space in the yard to build cabinet...

Update from yesterday's carpentry issue... ID sent plumber to remove the tap, the hole will be sealed by the carpenter

In any reno, needs to give some allowance for delay. There sometimes can have unforeseen issues...

Yard cabinet 1/2 done But upon closer look, the tap has not been taken out yet. And the carpenters simply cut a hole in the cabinet to fit it in.... I text ID on this also, and she said will get it fixed. Anyway, issues like this is expected in a renovation. Most importantly, it boils down to the willingness of the ID to rectify it. Till date, I'm happy that my ID agrees to fix these issues. Will update when it has been fixed.

Master bedroom bed head and queen size storage bed frame. I was happy initially when I saw this, but upon closer look, I noticed that the storage height is too low. How to put things? So I immediately text ID and complain. After checking and discussion with her, she will redo it. I'm happy that ID is willing to take the responsibility and change it. Apart from the storage height, I like the feel of it. This pic will show that the height of the storage is too low

When today to take a look at the carpentry. Some stuff are done. Some of the things IMO not done well, I immediately made known to ID. To her credit, she said that she will get it fixed. Will update on it when it's fixed. Entrance shoe cabinet, 1/3 done Dining area cabinet, 1/2 done Vanity cabinet at both bathrooms mounted up so that measurements can be taken for Quartz top

Thanks! I'm at the carpentry stage. Yesterday, the carpenters brought the stuff over, they will start installation from today till maybe mid next week.
