Just sharing I'm using contractor from Matrix Concept as Hubby & I know what we want on ideas. Typically we want functional and practical ideas that can last kind. Just sharing the original condition of Living Hall to after transform from Matrix Concept. You can also search in the forum for Matrix Concept, and there are threads on this contractor. Blessings to those planning for their home! It's a tiring but fruitful journey.

I did roller blinds for my whole house of 3rm: All plain beige except the living room one. Living Room one, with design (I try to add as image here, but was prompted cannot.. ) Reasonable pricing (I've compared with 3 other suppliers) + good support: Carlton Trading. The office @ Queensway one.. Look for Kevin and call the mobile no., rather than office no. as he is seldom in office one. Normally they move around and all samples are in their car...

Hi folks, I've done mine with Matrix Concept - Alvin Aw. Honestly, at other posts of ID, I've testimonied Alvin as ID, but the truth is, I'm not sure how to classifiy him. 'cos the experience my hubby & I had with him was always like he will ask wat kind of theme we had in mind already - then he will briefly explain wat is expected of the theme we mentioned. Followed by focusing on concerns we have - more storage needed? Have pets? Have children? Want nice and yet pratical? etc... So from the type of questions he asked, he will plan accordingly lor. He will then show his design and explain why he did that; but I can say most of the time, we love his design, so no "debates" there. He also has his own carpentary team, hence, we feel secure and confident of the materials he provides. Anyways, we have engaged him twice: 1st house - when we bought, it's already a move-in condition, so no major reno done. Alvin still willing to take up the small task of enhancing our house, mainly ideas came from us. 'cos to him, the house is already a move-in, we just have to tell him what other enhancements we need. Any features not appropriate, he will highlight to us. 2nd house (current) - we did a revamp. My testimonial of his works Overall, no harm getting quotes around for your own comparison... It's a house setting that everyday you lived in and which you should really be comfortable in. ~ Enjoy~

Hi Folks, Just thought to share the work done by Alvin for my 3rm house, as I noticed there's not much reviews given to Alvin and especially for those whom might have approach him and wants to "see" his work. Like Cain mentioned: My hubby & I faced the same doubt, when we compared his quote to 3 other IDs. Well, we are not disappointed lor and was extremely satisfied with Alvin's sincerity to do-up our house, especially since ours is only a 3rm (which I felt most other IDs are not interested to do such a small project) + the quality materials we had and well-done worksmanship. A Little Background: Our house is aged at 40+ yrs old and being the only 2ND owner of the house, I'm sure most of you can imagine the "retro-ness" of the house. The entire house concept is designed by Alvin once he knows what kind of lifestyle we want. Anyway, I've done up a clip for our memory @ + to "show-off" also... No worries - It's not a virus....
