  3. ID rectify the pipe issue, I am very glad with her accommodating attitudes.
  4. I agree with you the pipe look a bit not at the right place. My ID is kind of agree with me on this, she willing check and see what the best can be done, I did highlighted prior to renovation the pipe was behind, unfortunately I never took photo to document it down before the hacking. So far my ID is very accommodating and can return many curve balls.

  6. I wanted to install OpenNet however they are not able to commit the time before the wiring deadline. I found the solution and wish to share with you guys... Quoted from OpenNet website, it is simple and independent solution, you can install OpenNet 5 years later provided following preparation is done... just prepare the truncking with nylon inside before you build your cabinet. don't have to rush to install it right away, and I think OpenNet price still too expensive for me... Concealed trunking If you are renovating your home and/or like to conceal the fibre cabling, you will need to provide a 20mm PVC hard conduit, with a nylon draw rope pulled through, from the point of entry to the location where the Termination Point is to be installed. OpenNet’s contractor will install the cables by using the nylon rope to pull in the fibre via the conduit. Please note that OpenNet’s contractor will only return to install this within 1 month of your first engagement with OpenNet. Read more

  8. Requested ID to move the stainless steal pipe behind the big pipe... I think current one is not look nice, cause most smaller pipe is behind the big pipe... It feel a bit weird, feel like the stainless steel taking shortcut to the destination... slightly feel like improper. Hope can be done... anyone know if this is correct? Care to comment?
  9. Master Bathroom small issue... the Geberit was not install Common Bathroom another common bathroom
  10. Now move to plumbing state... so far so good... These are some shopping for toilet accessories... Master ... Common1 ... x by 2
  11. Bathroom wall tiles, the cornering is totally not matching the tile color. this one was changed... after show some evidence photo to contractor that the cornering come with more than 2 colors.... Balcony tile work I don't like when the tile is not straight at my common bathroom, feel like they are not suppose to be together... this is the risk if to choose pattern tile combine with tiller that do not love beauty...
  12. Have been very busy and stress these few days... got few moment to update the blog... My wife learn few tricks (social skill) from Renotalk, i.e, buying some food to build rapport with the workers (tiller), so I tried few times, old chang kee, bread and bun, cold soft drinks, but seems like they don't give a sh1t... well... I discontinue that effort after couple attempts. nuf said ... I put some photo of the tiling work... I think not the best.... During this stage my wire are cut intentionally by "someone"... champion lar.... another These are SCV cables running under the tile from previous owner, we need to remove these SCV cables... We have chips tiles... the worker said is oke one, we later apply white coating will look nice... WTF... so... pissed... got few hundred tiles extra why not pick good one... (I think rectify few, still pending few.... )
