Decided not to shift the toilet bowl position and just install one panel glass instead of 3 coz i am afraid of maintenance . Spoken to ID and wanted to do a sliding door at the entrance instead and he said it could be done! hehe.. so now my MBR toilet has amble space.. glad that everything turn out fine... *cross finger*

Kitchen tiles initially decided on these for the kitchen flooring but atlas my floor is too small and ID has already ordered and he showed me it was not possible to see the design i wanted and asked if I wanted to think twice before he lay the tiles..He then offered to let me change my tiles and he will think of ways to return the tiles back to the shop and order another batch! to his service! so now i chose these instead.. black and white combi... hope it will work out nice..

it is not possible to swing towards as my entrance door is quite near. may bang into someone if he happen to come in and i happen to open the door..

master toilet Today went down to discuss with ID how to solve the WC position. the leg space bet WC and shower screen is very cramp that's y he proposed to put 3 panels of sliding door to the shower area. so when not in used the screen can be open n the area will be spacious. we decided on bifold door but i will try to ask him on the few suggestions ricepapergirl and kstoh suggested to see if it's feasible. =) personally i still prefer swing door. just my preference. Now I have another issue due to this, he is not able to put in seatee anymore coz it's not nice and very cramp in the shower area.. =( guess i cant have the best of both worlds? or anyone out there can have any good suggestions?

Nextstep, dun stress.. take it easy..=) I cannot take crack line that's y i dun have it in my place.. hehe.. i just cant stand cracks! oh.. the wood like tiles?hehe... not completed yet. thanks for the compliment. now my turn to stress... facing some issues... need to think of how to solve the problem.. what kind of blinds u looking at? i am also planning to blinds my whole house. will u be having visitors during CNY?

yeah i think might be a mistake. tot it will look nice as i saw it in my neighbour's. but din know end up now like this. haiz. will see if can rectified and changed to quarter back

need some advise/input if any facing some problem with the master toilet combination. the tiles has been done and now it's either we change the position of the toilet or change the swing door to bifold but somehow i still feel the whole bathroom is very cramp.. can anyone advise how to get the best out of it? the pipes for the vanity has also been done.. =( refer to pic which one is best? i find all three still cramp even when switch the entrance swing door to bifold door.

Would like to ask anyone has any ideas what is nice to light up the staircase Option 1 . hanging lights for the staircase (pic for illustration, similar or different) Option 2. Wall light (see the light mount on the wall of the staircase) Option 3. Small LED bulbs along the staircase to light up the stairs way (something similar to the one below) Which one is good? Any comments anyone? hehe.. jump so fast to lighting.. hehe.. thanks all

Toilets Master toilet. ID did a great job and boxed up the pipes however the WC would be too cramp for my "big" size darling (oops) in small position hence we decided to change the position of the WC.. common toilet upstairs - ID boxed up the pipe and created a L cove for me to put toiletries.. =) powder room

For the countertop, not going to use the wooden kind... I'm using quartz but I do hear that kompactplus is quite good too! U can explore the possibility... =) Wow.. So fast u r already into electronics and sofa... I haven't even started hunting for mine.. Haha...
