tink additional powerpoints not included coz he stated there lighting points at dining hall and labour to install lights my living cum dining area only has false ceiling at the dining area wanted to do a L box at the tv area but he said the place is too small do already not too nice... still tinking abt it... will it look weird to have false ceiling at only one side?

not so nice C1's suggestion is bottom ard 1/4 all wooden as well and the glass panels are not that big coz the entrance way is divided into 3 panels instead of this whole thing i dunno how much wooden skirtings cost C2 charged me normal tile skirtings for whole house is $420 i dunno if shd charge into the tiles or not. but if flooring count by psf then cannot rite? coz skirtings usually counted by per foot i tink lah

u mean the gap between the tiles and the wall? dat is my fear too... not sure if the contractor we intend to engage has such experience anot and not sure if he can do a good job though his normal flooring looks good oh... most likely we will be using mop to mop the floor leh... hubby says looks ok. he even say wanna do the same colour floor tiles
